Says a lot when your 20 year old rookie playing out of position is your best player.

Jose Mourinho needs to step the fuck up because what I'm seeing is absolute garbage.

Dele of 18 months ago buries both chances. That last chance - we’ll, he was pathetic. Should have taken a positive touch and then buried it. Once he naffed it up he should have squared it. Naffed it up again.

Dele of 2 months ago would have buried them. Form goes up and down, he's not at his best now. Now that he finally has some competition, for the first time in 5 years, maybe he'll stabilize at his best.

It's really strange but fitness has been a real issue this season.

Makes me wonder what Poch was doing, fitness is the foundation of his philosophy.

You're right we have looked very off the pace and lethargic all season. I wonder if it is psychological as well. Tanganga looked like he was enjoying himself and could of run all night.

Hope that’s the last we see of Eriksen in our colours. Give other players the playing minutes on the pitch.

The "other players" can't last the fucking distance. Wasn't that made fucking abundantly clear tonight? Jesus...

I was annoyed that Mourinho kept playing him but now I understand. The bloke's the only fucking professional out there maintaining a proper fitness base.

Wasn't always the easiest on the eye, but got through in the end.
Kudos to Lo Celso, Lamela, Tanganga and Sess. The latter wasn't great, but he was neat and tidy.
Special mention to poor old Sanchez. Had a few moments, didn't he? It was a little keystone coppish at times, bless his cotton socks.
Eriksen was a bit better. But still had his moments.
Dier did well first half, but tired a lot in the second.
Winks was kinda the same as Dier in that respect.

Wasn't completely clear on what formation we were playing tonight. I think it was four at the back, with Tanganga playing RB, but filling in as a 3rd CB defensively? Either way, I felt he did well tonight. Lots of teachable moments, and good experience against a very physical team.

I would guess with Sissoko s comments earlier in the season, over trained and burning out.

Just no energy left, or what they have just runs out quickly.

On the positive side, Tanganga was very very good once again. He looks so level headed out there which highlights how impressive it is when you realize that was only his second competitive start for us.

If i was manager Id get Eriksen in the gym and maybe boxing lessons or MMA, he needs to toughen up, a bit too late now though.

I’m sure there would be no shortage of Spurs fans queuing up to be his sparring partner.
