? didn’t watch the game, don’t really care about the result, it all had to end at some point. Still annoyed about the cricket if anything.@Barmy_in_Palmy u ok mate?!
So,if NZ would’ve beaten by 50 points how many are you going to put on us if we get to the final? 100?
My brother, who’s a twat, says he’s buzzing as if we get to the final against England it’s 50/50 but I can’t say I’m as optimistic
Styles make fights. You don’t match up well with NZ at all. You match up much better with England. I also don’t believe for a minute England will play as well against Wales or South Africa next week, as they did today.
I don’t think it’s quite 50/50 and on paper England are stronger but how many times has that been the case in the past ( vice versa too ) and the underdog has prevailed in that fixture? Come on, only an idiot would say Wales stood a better chance in the final against New Zealand!
I hope all of you fuckers know that if we somehow manage to pull off a win tomorrow I’m going to be mentioning the fact you’ve played a game less every day in the build up to the final.
Oh yeah we have a much better chance of beating you but I’m not a gambling man. I’ll take the loss tomorrow thanks. ?
The pundits on ITV were massively underselling SA and overstating how good Wales are IMO. The way they were going on about SA you'd think they were just a motley crew of big bastards but they've got far more strings to their bow than that. Other than the first game vs the All Blacks, SA have cruised through the tournament comfortably, while Wales have had a hard-fought victory over Australia and got extremely lucky to go through against France thanks to one of the most idiotic moments in WC history.
I'm not saying Wales are a bad team, I think it should be a good contest tomorrow, but the way Woodward and co. were talking about it was like it was a foregone conclusion that Wales would go through but personally I make SA slight favorites.

We'll also have had an extra day's rest which will obviously be an absolutely massive advantage.
I wonder what you’d say if World Rugby moved the final back a week and made you play France next Saturday giving Wales or SA 2 weeks rest and prep for the final while you play a game in between. ?

Like Wales did against Uruguay we'd probably just play our B-team.
