No you don't, the credit he gets is for results and performances, not what he can say in front of a camera. Losing 7-2 and then 3-0 is shocking and he needs to sort it soon or leave.
I didn't say credit him for his tactics, I didn't say he is the best thing since sliced bread. All I said was he gave a good post match interview were he took all the blame as said it's not the players fault and still trying to be positive. Maybe he should go or not, but he has done a lot for us and we don't need to be disrespectful to him. That shows zero class.

It does look precarious now. He has to practice what he preaches now, bravery - and a fuckload of it. As a starting point we need eleven players on the pitch who will run hard and fight for the cause. That might mean dropping some of the golden boys, playing unpopular players, or even a team full of kids. It might mean Poch coming out and saying that he's been forced into it and things might get worse before they get better. But if he sticks with the main group of players then he is just going to get the sack because after numerous chances he has got no response from them, and whilst I hope they do I don't envisage them "seeing the light" at the 11th hour and pulling their fingers out.

There's of course a shitload more on top of that which needs fixing, but going back to basics and establishing a foundation of hard work and a team that will give 110% might buy him more time.

If I was him I’d be pulling each player individually into my office and asking them if they still want to play for me.

I’d also be going through their performances with them and asking what the problem is, E.g. do they feel the formation is wrong?

Sadly I don't think he will get the time I think the trigger will get pulled very soon.

I'd love for him to turn it around but if he does then Levy needs to pony up some serious Wedge in January so we can offload the players we don't want and get the players in that poch wants and needs.

Unfortunately though I can't see Levy doing that even though it's what's needed to keep us competitive.

If he stays, then he needs to ostracize Toby, Jan, Rose, Eriksen, Serge, and Wanyama. They are not pulling their weight and need to be fully dropped. Dele to an extent solely because I dont believe he is committed to football.

I think we'll stick with him for awhile yet.

If anyone thinks a new Manager comes in and everybody signs new contracts and everything will be ok again is off their nut.

There are no standout candidates unless you can go and get Simeone or Ancelotti which we probably can't.

Ever thought that rather than it being half the squad, its actually because of the manager why we are so shit and the players look so shit?

Come to think of it, why are so many players looking to move on anyway? Again you come back to the manager.

The players are aging, lost a step or 2 snd offer nothing. Poch over this lot every time. Fuck this squad

It can be both.

Toby has been guilty of utter shit over the course of the last two games. That 19 year old today, mugged him off.

How many weeks have people been saying he needs to drop all the players who dont care?

It's the group he has lost them all, he cant drop 1 or 2 as he has limited players who are entirely behind him/the club. One of those is now out for a long time also.

We need a new voice, a fresh plan. We have to rescue this season and qualify for the champions league.

He’s done it before when it’s necessary. Thinking of the Jan we resigned Defoe

Wanyama and Aurier are just crap and shouldn’t be anywhere near the side. I disagree about Toby and Jan, though. Maybe they are a step slower than 18 moths ago, but we are simply not in control of any game at the moment and are far too open, and they are getting too many players running at them freely. They are being left high and dry.

Problem is he keeps talking about a painful rebuild but not really rebuilding. To me a painful rebuild would be playing Sanchez and Tanganga in defense and Foyth or KWP at RB and Eriksen playing in the U23's. Having Parrot and Skipp more involved and benching established players etc etc.

No-one really covered themself in glory today but Eriksen again stunk the place out and Moura showed he should have started.

Am not sure Poch has the plan for a painful rebuild when there is something rotten in the team

No rescuing this season with this squad.
