The thing I found interesting is that when poch first came in, people were raving on about poch's philosophy and tactically better than what we had before. Now ITK is saying he has always been a man manager and losing the dressing room due to his poor tactical choices.

Personally I dont think Poch should be sacked but I also maintained from the beginning that he isn't a manager who potentially will rebuild teams but instead a coach who time at club should be 3-4 years due to his playing style.

Unfortunately we are at year 5 and Poch doesn't know what to do.

Love Poch but let’s be honest, we have achieved nothing under him. No trophies is a failure in my opinion when you consider the team we have had over the years.
