Hi mate, me again. Just heard some big news. It turns out Arsenal were going to sign Ndombele but then we discovered he was actually three small boys standing on each others shoulders. Spurs went ahead with the signing anyway. Incredibly risky move. Shows the difference between the clubs.

I bet our Poch is feeling quite chuffed today! Got his man, and it looks like some of his other targets might come to fruition. We should not underestimate how important a player like this can be. Granted, it's only one (tan)guy, and they aren't going to win games singlehandedly. However, over the years you can see the importance of having a dominant midfield general in the center of the park... think about the likes of Viera, Keane, Gerrard, Lampard, Toure, Essien,, Kante… without these types of players, their respective teams may not have been as dominant. The knock on effect throughout the rest of the playing XI can be highly significant, as he potentially creates more space for the likes of Eriksen, Dele, etc. Really excited to see what he'll bring to the table over the next year and more!!!

Eriksen was pretty big. There was also lots of hype for lamela at the time.
Sanchez was also rated as a great buy.
