Not the kind of thing I'd bother stopping to read if I am honest on London's underground. There's 7 lines of text on the entire thing...
I hear what your saying but pogba and the French team got to and won the final but none of them look jaded and modric still looks ok the last time I saw him and he also went a game further and is older so not sure if that stacks up.Were we going to replace or get upgrades on Toby, Eriksen or Lloris? No, not with our wage structure. These are the players that made mistakes yesterday that cost us the match. I think we are seeing the mental/physical fatigue of having the most players of any team represented through the last weekend of the WC combined with us playing without some key starters. Say what you want, but it is hard to get the quality of player we want when 1) they know that playing time will have to be earned and is not guaranteed because of the quality already on our squad and 2) we cannot afford to overpay like many of our competitors do.
Nicer cars, nicer clothes, bigger house...they are all available to me to upgrade; however, I have to be able to afford them to take advantage of them. It is called operating within your means and we are having to do that.

Except we don't do top billings the stadium won't change his stance other than free up a bit of wages TV money is where the real coin is at and has been for years stadium income is a bonus.Daniel Levy made a decision ten or so years ago that he would build a state of the art stadium as apposed to assembling a side that would compete at the very top of the EPL (paying the wages and transfer fees). The Bale money and the appointment of Pochettino have put us on a much faster trajectory which has raised our expectations & criticism... we are boxing above our weight. The stadium is finished (as good as) and Levy will go in to what I hope was his master plan part two INVEST IN THE TEAM. We have a considerable debt but Levy has to invest in the team to fill the stadium. As I have said on this site before If you are going to open a state of the art casino in Las Vegas you want a top billing to pull in the crowds, no different to our stadium, we now need Top Biling's.
"got that off my chest "

We're signing Philip Billing? As I have said on this site before If you are going to open a state of the art casino in Las Vegas you want a top billing to pull in the crowds, no different to our stadium, we now need Top Biling's.

Ok we will see I don't think it changes anything but hope to be wrong of course just seems like more excuses again. The stadium has taken up all his time and energy, he will be able to focus on the clubs playing staff now....I hope!
Just like May being consumed by Brexit and not having the time to run the country.

Yeah, but it took some minutes out of your working day, you're welcome. This poster argument is so dumb, can't believe I've wasted my time reading this shit

Yes everyone has a budget we get that but in the summer it appeared we had no budget as it seems we were close to nothing or no one other than a tin pot effort to get grealish.
What happens this summer then if prices go even higher do the club say no again for a second season, I really don't think they will get away will pulling that trick again especially in a new stadium paying extortionate prices isn't going to wash.
Yeah, but it took some minutes out of your working day, you're welcome.
It's a hard knock life.

The stadium was his ultimate goal and will be his legacy to the club, and props to him for that, he deserves enormous credit.
I suppose it's about opinions so have to respect yours.Haven't seen Modric much but Pogba definitely looks jaded, IMO.
I've seen RM fans most definitely say Modric doesn't look the same this season.Haven't seen Modric much but Pogba definitely looks jaded, IMO.
