Oh honestly, some of your posts.

Both of them hit a pass that if it hadn't have been for the deflection wouldn't have fallen anywhere near as nicely for the player who got on the end of it. Sissokos originally is going behind Alli, Eriksens is going behind Son. By all means have favourite players but at least attempt to exercise a little bit of balance from time to time.

I've explained it. If Eriksen's was a fluke I'll say it. Just ket me see the fucking thing for myself first yeah ?

Don't see it like that. Final third play been same old apart from sissoko upping our quality level there. Reckless play at - and out of - the back. Sloppy play peppered that performance for me.

SCBC didn't carry much threat and we nearly went into shityerself-and-fuck-it-up mode after we missed the pen and they came at us all pissed off. If they had kept 11 on it may well have been different.

Loads of space for us to exploit after the red card and we got a couple more.

It was uncomfortable viewing for me and if we play like that against really good teams we'll get sorted out.

Struggling to see us have a chance of top 4 until poch sorts out our forward play (amazingly, unfathomably, it's still the same), starts winks and makes more selections based on player form.
Two late goals on the counter attack giving the game a much different complexion.

Is it right that Alli has 17 goals from his first 50 PL games, from midfield, aged 20? Phenom.
Hes got that magical knack of being in the right positions. You cant teach that. His overall game is weak but heck, with that magical knack I'll take it.

Morley made a good point about Alli when he said he's maturing with every game. I've noticed that you see less petulance or "fronting up" from Alli of late, and in the last few games he appears to be more intelligent in his use of the ball. He seems to be getting into a run of form now too as the timing of his runs has been excellent.

Good game from him today, I wouldn't disagree with the MOTM he got.

Jan's yellow was stupid in that he reacted, but it was hardly a yellow for a non violent reaction to being heavily fouled.

The refereeing is so inconsistent. It's time the game moved away from laws and had an actual rule book like American football. Too many refs deciding too many factors. Southampton should feel aggrieved too. Most refs wouldn't have given the penalty I'd say never mind the red.
The first foul was outside the box, the second within.

I honestly wonder if I've seen the same game as some on here. What absolute horseshit this is.

A plus 20 goal difference after 18 matches is great, feel that we're just getting started and that we're gonna get stronger as the season goes on, make no mistake that was a message to the rest of the league.

Ha, it was a fair point. It just happened that many people mentioned it. People quote posts as they see them. That's why you got quoted many times.

No need to be abusive really is there.

Okay, overall verdict is that that was an exemplary away performance by us and we are all delighted with the result. But that first 15 mins was worrying: they could have been out of sight before our equaliser which seemed to come out of nowhere. Fantastic game for us but I'm not having any of the "why were people wetting their pants early on?" shtick from the usual suspects because we got blitzed early doors before completely turning the game on its head.
