Yeah, I am not sure this is as good of news as it sounds...his successor will still be chosen by the same format, and could actually be worse. As long as it remains one country, one vote, the smaller countries have too much power.

Blatter going doesn't change anything for me, it'll be just like Kim Jong-Un resigning and being replaced by Kum Tu-Soon - it'll be the same shit just a different name.
Fifa is institutionally corrupt and needs to be replaced entirely and for the World Cups in Russia and Qatar to be scrapped and a new bidding process done.
