McGee regularly travels with the match day squad, you see him warming up with lloris and Vorm pre game.

The English lads who have come though are a tight bunch, nice guys McGee is one of the lads as well as is miles who is very confident, they also all talk about the other lads on loan quite a lot a long with mason.

I think he is a white guy. Eusebio was nicknamed the "Black Panther". While not comparing him to the great Eusebio, the description of Edwards earlier in the thread makes me think he is panther-like.

Edwards is more like a cub though (at least for now).
And, by the way - to be very technical (I know, I "hate" such people at times myself :D) - the panther is always black as there is no actual species called a panther. Panther is just the name commonly given to melanistic leopards - that is, leopards with an excess of the dark pigment melanin, resulting in an almost totally black coat (the markings will still show up against the background in certain lights). Some people also refer to melanistic jaguars as panthers, though this is not technically correct

It looks as if Grant Ward (being no. 4) was played as DM vs Fulham (in the recent U 21 game). I have not seen him play, so what do any of you "fanatics" ( ) who's seen him (100s of times most probably) think of him?

U21s: GOAL! It's a first U21s goal for Christian Maghoma. He rises to meet @GrantWard_'s free-kick and heads past Rodak. 1-0, 17mins #COYS

Ehiogu says Maghoma has been improving well.

Spurs TV: Ugo Ehiogu saw lots of positives in our U21s' win vs Fulham at WHL tonight. Watch - http://spurs.to/0MHrcV

The Melanistic Leopards, not quite such a scary 70's militant organisation.

Don't know how specific you were trying to be and without sounding pedantic but I'm pretty sure he is mix race and not full black. Other than his light complexion he has said that his mother is from Cyprus and I know his father is Dominican.

Regarding your second bit I heard that his family like the idea of a north London boy coming through a local/north London club so that probably goes in hand with him not wanting to move up north

I believe his mum is Cypriot.

this is so cool

but what's even cooler is the line up for that game:
Lech Poznań - Tottenham Hotspur 1:6 (Wawrzynowicz - Shashoua, Tanganga, Roles, Bennetts, Brown, Mukena)

five years later and all six of those are at the forefront of those soon moving up to the u18s.

I watched him on tv:cautious: quite a bit last year while he was on loan for Chicago. But we have him playing centrally as a DM for the u21s. Chicago played him at RM. He did okay for the MLS side. Certainly held his own. I was disappointed we only got him a bottom table league 1 loan this year. Wish he had a better loan move, but it does seem like he impressed while on loan. Hopefully we can sort out our loans better ans get him a championship loan next season.

Perfect weather for football today the only wind about was the Spectator standing next to me who thought he was clever by letting one rip just as our player kicked the ball from a free kick and thought he had got away with it...NO CHANCE PAL.Thought it was a close game with a lot of big mistakes from our back four that cost us the game today, Charlie Owens was our best player in the first half a player who is probably our bravest player at this level the Lad just does not pull out of any challenge but is also very good on the ball.Loft scored again and missed a few chances as he does quit often, we should have got more from this game but when you defend poorly you cannot complain about the result.

Our one beacon of hope in this shower of shit. At least we have coaches and a director with competence in the academy.

Where did Roles play after coming on?
In the hole but he was dropping into the CM to help out, he did OK it is the first time i have seen him play but he looks the part,I was watching him at half time having shots at the sub keeper he had 3 shots 2 hit the net and the other hit the post so you can see he is a finisher.
