If our players aren't suitable for his game, then it's quite questionable appointment. I mean when you sack a coach, you hear it's easier to change coach than all the players. Well, that should be taken into consideration when appointing manager too ie. find one that can work with material with some adjustments, rather than appoint one who needs whole new squad.

I'd still like to know who is buying the players. AVB wanted to play a pressing game too and play a 4-2-3-1 with inverted wide men. If the players we have aren't suitable then clearly someone is buying the wrong players.

Seriously, I would sack this numptie tonight and get in De Boar.

Clueless.

Inverted wingers, Ade upfront, Mason every game, Kaboul as captain.

Just lolz. Lolz
If you think De Boer wouldn't have the very same problems to contend with you are living in the land of fools.

Im afraid the football is crap. The lack of application from our players is crap. We are in a for a battle this season to finish mid table. Portents not good.

Poch lacks any kind of fight or inspiration. The players lack any kind of motivation. Now we have sold the last two players who had any of these qualities, it's clearly evident.

I really don't see why it should be ENIC's or Levy's job to motivate the players, so I don't see how this is their fault.

Consistently ENIC have done what the fans want. The fans wanted Redknapp out and AVB in. They obliged. They wanted AVB out and none of the pmanagers the fans wanted were available. Promoted Sherwood clearly as a temporary solution and the fans wanted him out before he started. ENIC fired him at the first oppotunity. The fans wanted Poch, ENIC got him.

ENIC have consistently sold high, bought cheap, held onto players longer than anyoue expected and landed players that no one expected.

If there is a common dominator in the continual malaise for the club, it's the fans.

I'm sorry but that is utter lies. Which fans were asking for AVB before he was appointed ? I also don't think Poch was top of fan polls this summer prior to his appointment.

I've always wondered if Daniel Levy posted on here and now we know his username. Stroll on Daniel, trying to deflect blame for your ineptitude by blaming the fans won't cut it.

It's just such a simple fix to all our fucking problems, I just don't get how no one at the club sees it.

Pair the technique based attackers with the technique based striker.
Pair the physical based attackers with the physical based striker.

Eriksen, Chadli, Lamela with Soldado/Kane
Townsend, Lennon, Paulinho with Adebayor/Kane

It's the reason we look shocking in both the Prem and cups. In one we have the technique trio playing with Ade, in the other we have our "wingers" playing with Soldado.

We looked our most potent against City and in the last 10 minutes today, when Soldado played alongside Eriksen/Kane/Chadli.

I don't get why it's so difficult to figure out. Dropping Soldado/Kane for Adebayor today was shocking management.

You got some statistical evidence to back that up?

Unfortunately results talk and at the moment he is not getting them and seems to be making the same mistakes as AVB did.

Not being silly and calling for his head but he needs to make the correct choices as we a decent level of player.

Picking Ade today was a terrible choice current form its like playing with 10 for 80 minutes. Plus he seems to disrupt the lot behind him. And these are the choices he needs to make, he said he would and i said at the time it could be rhetoric and it doesn't seem to be anything else at the moment

Both AVB and Pochettino were very high up among fans choices for the new manager in polls on this site. I think AVB was the clear favorite 3 years ago and Pochettino was basically level on votes with FDB this time around.

What do you mean to "play every game"? He's been very good in every game he's played. Why would you not want him playing?
Ha. So we're now falling behind West ham both on and off the pitch and all we do is blame da fucking manager again. FFS people please open your eyes and look at the bigger picture

You really believe that ENIC really take on what the fans think?? No way does Daniel Levy think that fans in his opinion have any kind of intelligence to force his hand into the decisions he has made! Levy thinks what would affect the value of the project and nothing more. Your post is misinformed, when you assume that both Redknapp and AVB were sacked because of fans insistence that they should be replaced. Sherwood, was always a temp, and if, as you say ENIC bowed to fan pressure, then one of the biggest fuck-ups you could do to upset fans is put Sherwood in without any prem credentials! Also, how many fans were singing for Poch to become our new manager?? Most wanted FDB...It never happened, because Poch offered Levy the opportunity to promote and work with youth, FDB, would of wanted a far more hands on approach.

The common denominator is certainly ENIC.
