Based on what? There is no way he's better than Ade.
As a LWF and then striker when ade goes afcon!!! In fact he could probably replace ade on a bad day when hes no sharpness infron of goal.

Knee jerk to no net spend in five seasons, gawd knows how many managers, and a front line worse than 8 other clubs in the league. Knee jerk.
Obviously you've been living in a bubble. Even Alan Sugar showed more ambition even if it was misguided.
You missed the part of all other clubs improving their attacking third options.
Why? Genuine question born from my lack of understanding as to why so many supporters seem more interested in our accounts, than in our team.
When you've answered that question, could you possibly tell me which clubs have spent more money in the PL over the last 10 or so years? Then, out of those clubs, tell me how many of them are facing the prospect of a £400mil+ stadium development? How many of them have stupidly rich bent Russians or Arabian gazillionaires as owners? How many of them have to manage and sustain hundreds of millions of pounds of debt?
Cheers
Looking increasing unlikely apparently (SSN)
Great stuff, and absolutely spot on matey
This guy's an agent apparently:
Adam Brooks @EssexPR 5m
Just because there is no activity at a training ground..or a manager says a player is not for sale doesn't mean things aren't happening #SSN
Dunno if this has been posted or not?
Jonathan Hope, the man who says he is brokering a potential move for Manchester United striker Danny Welbeck, tells BBC Radio 5 live that three clubs want the England player - including one in the north-east.
"There are two clubs who will meet the fee, the other want him on loan," adds Hope.
I wonder which club wont spend the money?

See, this actually makes sense.
If your a club like Spurs, who like to keep things quiet until there done, then doing things away from the training ground, where Sky set up camp on deadline day, makes sense.
Apparently Jonathan Hope is not really brokering the deal. You could call him a fraud...Dunno if this has been posted or not?

Thats a fair point.... but in that case spurs fans all over the world need to wake up, smell the coffee and
1) realise that thumpings off liverpool, arse ect are going to be a bit of a normality considering we cant compete with them financially and that we cant beat them with exiting, free flowing football because we cant compete in that way and we will just have to scrap it out and play defensive against them likeca stoke ect.
2) that where we finished last season was exactly where we should be, infact an overachievment by 1 place because martinez CAN actually pick/find a quality talent and pull strings to get great loan deals. Whereas we have erm Baldini doing sod all and wasting a wage.
3) due to bad running of the club since harry left we have taken backwards strides by purchasing so called talent that turns out to be rubbish and then being stuck with them, therefore slowly letting other teams leapfrog us.
4) In the longrun the club will suffer because we will be back midtable and trying to fill a 60k stadium whilst unable to attract talent despite having more money because the top team are a gazillion miles ahead by then. We will be newcastle MK2!!
Just 1 short answer.
We have a club that is run within it's means. Up until last season, a season that was filled with total bollocks from start to finish, we finished above EVERY club that wasn't richer than us for the previous 4 seasons. We have a club that, unlike those above us (apart from Man City) doesn't carry hundreds of millions of pounds of debt. We have a club that can only go forward once the stadium development is completed, yet is still in the enviable position of being better & more competitive than 80% of the league. All of that is despite having one of the smallest grounds in the PL. What exactly is it you're expecting?
Just wait until we've got our new stadium, and all the financing bollocks has been sorted BEFORE construction, rather than doing what Arseanal had to do, ie not be active in the transfer window because the stadium has to be paid for first. Then you'll see why our club has been ran how it has!!
SSN reporting that Arsenal are saying no medical has been done and no deal agreed....hmm. Wouldn't be suprised to see Levy sneak a late deal for Welbeck on loan.
