That's fine. Just let me know when he starts to do something so I can tune in. I was fucking livid when he threw himself on the floor having actually passed a player, the little, sneaky shit. Far more pissed off than you will ever get with me pal. If that was Suarez or Young, this forum would be spitting bile.

Nearly the entire team's been missused. Townsend on the right. No Ade. Siggy on the left instead of in the middle. Erikson, Lamela and Holtby never starting games together. Verts at left back. Naughton at left back. Holtby and Erikson in midfield 2's. Dawson with a high line. Friedel with a high line. Frustrating
The word to sum all of that up is: clusterfuck.

The kid will be class, if you can't see the potential he's got you must be crazy.

I see slight potential - but I see potential in bentaleb as well. Does that mean Bentaleb must start every game?

No, does it shit. Lamela is a risk and a liability at this stage. His running around fouling every **** at Southampton doesn't convince me of his 'work rate'.

He can't see shite. Leave him to it.

I can see it. I said he's shown glimpses, I've said he's had potential. But at 30m, he's been naff. He is about as influential as Tom Carroll - decent in spells, not really done much, looks a bit lost at times, not really up to speed, definitely NOT first name on the teamsheet material.

He needs to keep training and stay away from the first team for now.

Why do you hate him so much dude? Is it cause he is prettier than your sister?

Sorry I am being trite but in all seriousness he hasn't been that bad. Get a grip son (y)

Shameful diving.
To be fair to him he was fouled and then went down hoping he would get the free-kick. Looks bad in isolation but I think it was Morrison who clearly pushes him just beforehand.

Given the absolute joke of a performance from the referee maybe he felt he had to go down to get the decision.

That's way I want Van Gaal, he knows how to play his players in their best position (see Alaba, Schweinsteiger)

So who would you start on the right?

Looked good when he came on. Didn't give the ball away as much as he has been doing in previous games.

I knew sherwood would go with chadli, as he did well off the bench the other day. Lets hope that Lamela's good performance off the bench earns him a start against stoke.

He needs some home game starts.

I think it is safe to say that majority of people in this forum have all the faith in the world for Eriksen and Lamela, Soldado and many of the others.

It is just a shame we have just had manager who played to negative to utilise them, whilst we have another manager who is completely oblivious to the fact that Eriksen is not a holding midfielder.

A complete waste of talent, just like Soldado, Lamela, Chadli, Holtby, Paulinho, Capoue....

I am so very worried and sad right now.

Is Kendall an alias for alfiespurs? Only explanation for this madness. Lamela was one of the only people who did well today.

Which is more than what most of the others did... There is just no pleasing some people.

Until he gets used to playing in PL, getting stuck in and going for it, he wont improve and we will just destroy 30 millions worth of talent. Sell him on the cheap and when he is playing for Barcelona as one of the greatest players around, we will all be banging our heads wondering why it all went wrong for us.

The guy needs games, even Ronaldo wasn't that great in his first year.

Just another example of modern football and the fans massive lack of patience and the demand for instant success, which I may also add is one the biggest blights of the modern game.

One of the biggest problems with Spurs fans is lack of patience. If we'd have had Rodgers in charge, he'd be dismissed from the start and sacked after the season they had last year. It will be groundhog day until the fans change their attitude and the majority support the team even when we are losing. It's become the norm to hear large groans every time a player makes a wrong decision. We have a young squad and should be supporting them.

His involvement vs West Brom. The video will probably end up being removed as they usually are for league games.

Our most talented player.

People have got to learn to play quick one-twos with him because he's always looking for 'em.

He's on a different level to most of our squad.

I gotta stop talking about him because it really upsets me how we're fucking this up with him.

He needs to bulk up if he wants to progress to the next level. If you look at Bale and Ronaldo, they are physical specimens.
