Hopefully the fact he's picked a team below him (My onion) they promise to build a team around him. Give him a runner or two in the middle to do his hard work and let him shine.

Good luck Tom. Thanks for the memories.

With respect, what alternative?

The long, accurate ball to transition swiftly from defence to attack; the penetrating pass to open up the opposition's defence; a terrific shot. These are a few of the things Hudd brings to the team. The previous coach likened him to a quarterback in American Football. I like that analogy.

If he has actually gone, all the best Tommy. I'll never forget that game against Young Boys on the plastic pitch where his introduction from the bench completely turned the game on its head.

Tommy Huddlestone being sold?

My baby

Well my big baby lol

Still, always loved his passing range - so annoying he wasn't more mobile, such a talented passer of the ball.

Right so when sky sports news report anything about bale it's balls and yet with Hudd it's gospel? Strange that. Will wait for official confirmation I think.

Everything they've said about Bale has turned out to be wrong. Whilst Hudd is being corroborated by the ITK. Facts don't lie

Tom was/still is a very good player. A new manager, a new formation and Tom probably just didn't fit.

Good luck Tom

I just don't see Hudd going - especially to Hull. We've heard from LLM that he often backs out of moves late on and i expect that to happen here too. Particualy to HULL!

As long as we offload Livermore and Parker i'm more than happy for Hudd to stay. I know people hammer him for not reaching his potential, but he could play an important part with his passing range off the bench in games where we're struggling to break down the opposition. He did pretty well starting the last 5 or so games last season in place with Dembele - and was very good in the last 30 minutes against City.
Don't see Hudd going aye ;)

All of which the others can do, plus they offer more. You may not be far off the mark where Hudd and American football is concerned, as that is probably his true calling :). (See Shogun's reply to your post).

Huddlestone is a nice player and by all accounts a decent person too, but please stop with the "terrific shot" nonsense. With him leaving the fans behind the goals can breate a sigh of relief.

Does anyone know if Hudd and Livermore are close? For someone who's been unsure about leaving, having a friend going with you always makes thing easier.
