Not totally sold on Benteke, it's hard to judge a player on one season, even if it was on a bad side. Normally a striker will have a decent first season as he is an unknown commodity, it's the second season were you really see if he is any good as teams will know all about him. Plus didn't score any of his goals against Man U, Man City, Arsenal or Spurs home or away and only one against Chelsea. 15 million would be a decent price to start at but not a lot more than that.

Playing for that Aston Villa team last season I'm shocked he scored more than 10 goals. Would Defoe or Ade done much better at Villa last season. I doubt it!

Fuck no. Drogba was a cheating bastard who spent too much time on the floor.

Ability wise, absolutely but without the antics please. Same can be said of Suarez really. I want someone with those qualities who isn't a dick please.

Fair enough I suppose, it just seemed strange refuting that a secret meeting took place when the whole point of a secret meeting is that very few people would know about it.

Actually captioned: "On our way to London... Chelsea FC!!"

I find it hard to believe players on holiday would use that time to visit the training ground of a league rival. At the least it's very unorthodox.

I agree but this summer is the last big spend we can have before the FFP rules come in so we need to take advantage!
