I'm sorry but while there might some accuracy in that 606 article, I think that the majority of it is nonsense/guesswork.
AVB does not "report" to anybody except Levy imo
Levy said that Baldini was here to help with player recrutment because of his experience and extensive network of connections. He also said that he would be working at all levels of the club. To me that suggests he is not a "scout" as such but a person who will help to develop a strategy for recruiting players at all levels as well as identifying and assisting in the procurement of players. He is not AVB's "boss".
Commolli, do me a favour......
Sherwood is a member of the coaching team and no more.
Levy-so fellas, what do you think we need in terms of players?
AVB-Well as you know Daniel, we were lacking a bit of creativity at times last season and certainly our strikers weren't firing on all cylinders. So a midfielder and a striker that can play in our system. What do you think Franco?
Baldini-I agree with AVB, those are the areas we should be focusing on. It just so happens, I know a young fella playing in South America that might sort out our striking problem. I'll get on the blower and see what I can find out.
Levy-Great. Ok guys we'll meet again next week and see what progress we have made. Obviously, if anything comes up between now and then we'll touch base.
Simplistic I know, but is it really going to be radically different to the above hypothetical scenario?
It's a bloody football club not the KGB!
