let me know the 'a lot better' ?

- Moussa Sissoko from Toulouse
- Eden Hazard from Lille
***Both creative players, and my top targets.

- Yaya Soumahoro from Gent is an exciting tricky pacy player from the Jupiler League. I would say he would be an interesting signing. Would be our own cheap Gervinho.

- Georginio Wijnaldum from Feyenoord would be a great signing for the future.

And they have precisely how much experience in the EPL?

If the exercise if to buy a player for now who can fit in immediately and has some experience and leadership qualities are they still better than him?

He just signed for PSV, but I agree, he would be a great signing for the future. Creative, decent goal scorer, plays both wide and as a central MF. Got some nice pace to him too.

Maybe if you provided appropriate players to Parker it might make more sense. You list creative players as alternatives to Parker who is a defensive midfielder.

I do think we need an additional creative player but that wouldnt stop us needing a new DM if Palacios moves on.

Eden Hazard from what i know about him, he is playmaker who can't tackle, so how that's can be an alternative for Parker ?

also, Redknapp wanted Parker as leader, all of these players are young, and no EPL experience, more important, we could have another Zokora if listen to your recommendation.

EPL different style of football than French, so unless someone expensive and followed by top clubs like Nasri, Essien, Drogba etc.. we could risk or puting our lives in these players. This is the most important season for us, where we need to back to top four or lose our best players, that's why we need EPL players.

Zokora was a good player IMO he did a professional job at Spurs. We paid and received his market value.

Agreed. I'm slightly with Harry this year. If we don't get back in the top 4 This year coming, all our best players will be out. So I'm not really fussed about what the player will be like in two or three years time. It's all about now. Parker is the current player of the year, fully committed and a leader and most of all available at a decent price. If we get top 4'we'll have access to the best in Europe again!?! If we don't Luka, Sandro and bale will more than likely be on their way so we'd need Parker even more. A sensible signing IMHO.

Scott Parker would be a decent signing providing we dont pay over the odds for him. Anything from about about £5m to £8m would be a good bit of business. Anything over £10m would be ridicolous imo, for someone over 30.

He's better then the majority of midfielders thats for sure.

in 2 years we'll be desperately trying to get him off the wage bill because the signing was a tad short sighted like how it is with keane now. just my 2 pence

Time running out for Parker deal, West Ham boss Allardyce tells Spurs

West Ham boss Sam Allardyce has warned Tottenham that if they want to sign Scott Parker they should make a move soon.

'It is a worry that Spurs might wait until the last minute,' said Allardyce.

'So if Harry (Redknapp) is listening, or anyone at Tottenham, watch out, don't be waiting that long because you won't be able to do it.'

Sounds like someone needs cash to buy more shit from Bolton to me.
I really would hate a transfer window where we ended up with Freidel and Parker.

yeah it was just on SSN.....

I think its a cert that Diarra is Spurs bound and Parker isn't....

Although when the news broke I thought he was going to say Jenas...lets hope they bid for a few of ours...

Let's hope after the spanking they got at the weekend the new owner decides to spend, spend, spend and we know where there are some decent, experienced PL players that are surplus to requirements.

well according to SSN, they're going to bid for 3 or 4 players in the prem, Parker being the first.
