I think people use Herc as it’s quicker and easier to type out. Well under 21 could easily be an 18 year old player. How much younger can they get? I can’t see many 15 or 16 year olds being transferred to elite clubs in the PL and it being headline news and worthy of it being ITK info and actually worth it being discussed.18 years old is about as low as it gets generally for a first team transfer!

True but he did also say that we have targets who are wanted by our London rivals who have us as their preferred choice and are waiting on us to make our move.

People assumed it was Maxi Gomez but it looks like Saliba is one of them. I mean, Arsenal clearly want him and if we do sign the kid from under their noses, well you’d have to say Herc was spot on ?

I don't know if you're being deliberately obtuse, if you're pissed, or if you're having an attack of the vapours - but it is very tenuous to link "we're being quoted £25m for players who might not even be better than Troy Parrott (a striker)" with us bidding for a centre back with a well-established ball-park value.

This one I can see being referring to Saliba - but I just don't think it's makes any sense to link any young player we're linked with to the ITK.
