Barcelona and Tottenham are reportedly advancing talks over a deal worth €14 million for 27-year-old French centre-back Clement Lenglet.

According to a report by Spanish outlet SPORT, Clement Lenglet might complete a permanent move to Tottenham Hotspur. Err how can we sign a player without knowing who the next manager is or if they even want him.

it’s so embarrassing being a spurs fan atm

Not convinced of him but he is cheap and it’s hard to evaluate many of our players owing to the failings of recent managers. He is worth a look by our next manager, assuming that person is in place by June

Or it could be BS made up by a journo looking for clicks, I believe it’s happened before. People losing it over a nothing rumour from a dodgy source, there’s plenty of real stuff to be worried about

Who are your "top three centre backs" pray tell?

I will give you a head start:

Romero

I never said it was a list to be proud of

Romero is our only decent CB
Davies for me is our second best
Then dier

I don’t think his better than Davies or dier so why have 5 CB who clearly are not good enough to be starters

I would sell the lot only keep Romero
