I'd say Levy's responsibility in this situation is to ensure we get every fucking last penny out of Bayern if they want to sign Kane if he is going and I'd say he is doing a damned fine job so far. I think the Bayern fans are under the impression we will all be angry if Kane doesn't leave but they don't realise that most of us will be delighted if he stays, even if it is only for one last year.

Bayern much like City a couple of years ago have been very daft, so use to just buying anybody and others not refusing and then forgot they were dealing with Levy. However much some people dislike Levy he knows how to play hardball.

• Well that was a great half of football. They have had a couple of sustained periods of possession but we have had the best chances and probably shaded the half I think. We've played around their high press well at times but they have relentlessly cheated with cynical fouls. Rico and Bryan v dangerous on the break. This could be decided on which team lasts longest physically and whether they somehow keep 11 on the pitch.

• Thought Maddison (who was living a fine line from being sent off) and Bissouma dominated our midfield throughout the game.

  Is there a reason we hate him apart from the fact he’s very good against us?
  I enjoyed him briefly moving the ball off the corner spot one time on purpose before taking one just to wind up the crowd. He obviously thrives off it.

• For me its a 25 yarder he curled in for Norwich followed up with a knee slide celebration directly at Ealing road. Oh and add the fact that he's an odious little **** who loves a dive and is always in the refs ear. Shame cos he can play a bit

• He’s excellent at football but will be forgotten about quickly when his career ends because he’s just a bit of a tw*t really

That's great to read after that shyte Frank said in his interview. I really thought I had missed parts of the game intermittently, as i was a fair few beers deep while watching.
