LOL, lost out to CL for 4 million (or some stupid low number). Harry should have been sacked after Chelsea in the Semi final. End of.

Should have sacked him after the Arsenal game, that was the worst spurs performance in the last 40 years

This

Those calling for him to be sacked immediately are idiots with no knowledge of football.

Oh sensei please enlighten us all then.

Keeping around a manager that barely contains his apathy towards the club he supposedly works for is crushingly embarrassing.

With him gone and a caretaker brought in we may manage to harness the classic 'new manager effect' and actually win one or two games before the season is over. Getting rid of AVB has hardly done Chavski any harm.

I just sat and spoke to some qpr fans on the way back to Liverpool st and they were very shocked when I said the vast majority want Harry gone. I said he is to blame for a lot of this slump and his tactics are shocking. There replies were he will be perfect for England then. I am hopeful he goes ASAP I mean surely it can't get any worse than it is now, we simply don't look like winning another game, why not let someone else have a go for a few games?!

Well I thought I'd start this thread before the result later.

What does Harry need to do to get the sack? I've seen managers win more games and get sacked. Now I'm not saying we should sack him...............actually I'm just really unsure about him at the moment but this is really a genuine question?
Maybe I should put the question in a different spin so I'm not mimisunderstood. At what point do you think Levy will decide it's over for Harry?

There's not a hope in hell Levy will sack him, he's got his eyes on the compensation the FA will have to pay for him.

He needs to stop talking to the press.

And I would say he needs to rotate some of the under performing players, but have we got the squad for it? Who would replace Modric? Who do we have to allow Walker a rest?

If Harry walked out tonight, and signed up with England on Monday would THFC still get the compo?

I reckon Maureen will do the League and CL double this yr with Real. Mightily impressive stuff in just his second season against that Barca team.

It was always absurd that the England job affected the players. How would it, when the situation was exactly the same as when we were freewheeling into third, winning 6 games in a row(as Newcastle have done today).

I did think it could have affected Harry. In the sense that it may have almost been confirmed to him that the job is his to reject.

One thing is for sure. Even the Fleet Street Hammers won't be mute if there is an England run of one win in nine competitive games.

there is no way we are turning this around, Blackburn will be the final nail in the coffin....unless Levy acts now.

not redknapp per say, but levy should implement a ''technical dept'' that deals with what other teams and indeed our own squad are doing in terms of fitness, rotation, tactics, and this dept would liase directly with redknapp. even if he doesn't use the suggestions directly he would at least realise the squad and management need to develop an extra edge in order to keep up with our seemingly more modern rivals.

He is so overated that it is amazing that the media have not started to question him. He has no tactical nous and his so called man management and motivational skills are clearly pretty awful as he has now shown. I have always doubted him as he seems much more interested in his reputation than any club he has been with.
Still what can you expect from someone who admits he can't manage his own life, writes like a two year old and cannot write a team sheet. He needs to go now, if he had dignity he would accept his responsibility for the debacle and resign, but that is too much to hope for.

That's where years of shameless networking gets you.
