Can you imagine the media vitriol if we sacked Redknapp? I mean, we are known as fickle anyway. We would never live it down.

There is far less of a media love in for Harry now than there was earlier in the season. I'm not sure if they would blame us at all. A lot of the papers have been intimating that he was a shoe in for the England job, and now they don't think that he'll get that, and they don't think that he'll keep his job here.

I really don't think that the media would blame us at all for sacking him at this point.

It is obvious to everyone, he has to go.

How can he take a team that was in touching distance of the title race in January and 10 points clear of 4th, to a team that may scrape top 4, whilst playing the football of a relegation candidate. Absolute joke, has to go IMO

Who gives a fuck about the media?

And surely even they can see what a turd job he is currently doing.

How we can look like world beaters at the beginning of the season, playing the best football in the league at times and then deteriorate to this I do not know.

P.S. Harry needs to take JD with him and appoint him assistant manager for England. :sneaky:

6 points from 27. 2 points from 24.

The obvious conclusion is that if that run had been at the start of the season. an axe would be in the process of sharpening.

When Spurs get in these runs, you wouldn't even fancy them to beat the Dagenham Girl Pipers.

Yeah, "we want you to stay" not looking so clever now...

along with "your season is over" to Arsenal

And "mind the gap"

we've been shown to be right fucking idiots this season!

We are no different to any other football supporters up and down the country, everyone loves the manager when he's producing the goods and hate him at times like these, it's how football is. He deserved our praise back then and rightly so and by the same token he now deserves the shit he's currently getting.

Clearly there is nothing that he can do. He is simply not good enough.

LOL, lost out to CL for 4 million (or some stupid low number). Harry should have been sacked after Chelsea in the Semi final. End of.
100% Agree....But we know how much Daniel loves his cash...Just look at our striking options...

Hold up, for a moment. Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp is facing the media.
"I couldn't fault the way we played. We created lots of chances, we just couldn't get a break. Our keeper hasn't had shot to save," he said.
"We were camped in their half but we couldn't break them down.
"We have to win the last four games now. We are capable of doing that. Chelsea still have to play Newcastle and they can't both win.
"It will be tight."

I suppose actually failing would be one thing.

The others would be to have a bad run of form at a time when: You're not going to leave the job in a couple of months; when there's a viable alternative ready; when it's not the end of the season.

This

Those calling for him to be sacked immediately are idiots with no knowledge of football.
