Well I thought I'd start this thread before the result later.

What does Harry need to do to get the sack? I've seen managers win more games and get sacked. Now I'm not saying we should sack him...............actually I'm just really unsure about him at the moment but this is really a genuine question?
Maybe I should put the question in a different spin so I'm not mimisunderstood. At what point do you think Levy will decide it's over for Harry?

I suppose actually failing would be one thing.

The others would be to have a bad run of form at a time when: You're not going to leave the job in a couple of months; when there's a viable alternative ready; when it's not the end of the season.

No. He cant change the player performances. They look completely bereft of confidence. About time they all man up and start playing as the team which entertained us up to christmas.
Harry has an input, and clearly his man management and motivational skills are not shining through.

being cnstantly told your not as good as arsenal, chelsea & liverpool is not good man management.....being played out of position every other fucking week by a tactically dumb manager who looks like he takes instruction from tim sherwood via kevin bond is a fuckin joke!

would any other manager be taking advice from a fuckin youth team coach in the stand?, can harry, kevin, joe & clive not see what they need from where they are & come up with something between em?

Harry is useless - his "apparant" (SAID IN SARCASTIC TONE SO AS NOT TO CONFUSE) man management is not working, but the players have to put the effort in to get anything out of it. Their pride is at stake, but they are not capable of manning up and restoring some pride to the season.

As I said in the match thread 99% of players are sheep and if the manager gives them an inch they will take a mile and use any excuse for poor performances.
