We can't afford to fuck about with it in midfield, certainly against the better teams, i fear when we do play 2 or 3 players who are sloppy or casual on and off the ball it just rubs off on our whole approach
Hopefully MoPo can sort this out because we had too many players drifting about not doing a great deal first half.

Yeah but its still the first game...still a bit sluggish looking. If that were the case in game 5 or 6 of the season I'd be a lot more concerned.

But I know what you mean, there were some careless mistakes.

Anyway...all things considered its a good start. Poch will have learned more from today and we've taken the three points as well.

In terms of quality, there is much work to do. On the evidence of today at least some of what Poch is trying to teach them needs to stick in their heads...

However after going down to 10 men we did battle well, and certain players showed a bit of grit. I thought the subs offered a good impact and were a shot in the arm for a weary team.

And that goal... Fucking superb finish. Well done kid.

Gonna take time and we have to just accept it, but it will come.
