Playing well tonight, very pleased. Slightly off topic, I just hope we stay positive for next year no matter what. Even if we lose the final, go out of Europe next week and finish 7th, I want everyone to keep looking to next year. Poch had more than surprised me, his philosophy is coming together and the overall response by the players has been fantastic since Christmas

Remember we've signed probably (barring Sterling) the most exciting young English talent. We've got a potentially awesome 9 & 10, Hugo seems happy so does Verts. Walkers playing without a pre season, Rose is improving, Dier is going to be immense, Chadli looks a player.....and fuck me Bobby just scored!!!

Next season will be a cracker and if we stick with Poch and back him completely the season after will be one to remember

I'd be tempted to get Kane on pretty early in the half, if we cant get and early breakthrough. I think they would hate his tireless running and making a nuisance of himself, especially when running the channels.

Bentaleb and Towsend have been good today so I cant complain but their greed cost us 2 very good opportunities. Townsend should have finished the run into the box with a short throughball to I think it was Bobby who had a better look instea of shooting it on the ground that ended up 5 feet from the closer post. Then Bentaleb should have passed it off on his brilliant run in the counter. All he had to do was pick his head up and he'd have seen he had some options, then when he did pick his head up, he hesitated on a decision and ended up dropping his head, dribbling to his right and shooting it when again the better choice would have been to pass.

Bentaleb is very greedy in general. But I think he'll get better in that regard with experience. If he wasn't so greedy with the end product, I think he'd be alot more effective.

As for Andros, it never changes. It's always the same complaint. He really needs to stop being so greedy.

Townsend is getting some flack, however, I think he has been one of the more effective players. THey cannot handle his attack. Yes, some of his crossing could be more effective but compared to earlier in the season, he looks much improved to me.

Pleased with the midfield, Bentaleb especially. Valero is no easy task to contain.

Chadli is just so good at his runs behind, but I'd love for him to do more while facing the defense. Really his only weakness, as his reluctance to charge forward allows the defense to compact, which eliminates a strong advantage against only three in the back.

To be fair, the criticism has been mostly about his delivery into the box. WHich I don;t entirely disagree with, however, he is pinning them back and causing all sorts of issues. Plus he has improved a lot. Hope it continues.
