V rusty and struggling with the high loopy backhand. Not ‘rallying’ with any real pace so far but wary daysNot a good start. Let's hope it's just nerves.
Both looking v rusty but Gasguet is one of the worst players he could face in 1st game back as uses his head rather than pure power. Moving Murray around well so farBroke back.
Never doubted him.
So, anyone else saw Nick Kyrgios latest meltdown at the Cincinnati Open?
I have never been a fan of his, I actually used to dislike a lot his attitude and weak mentality (and sometimes even cheer when he is eliminated from a tournament), but watching him tonight disgracing himself like that? Well, I just feel very bad for him right now. I don't think he is a bad person, but he clearly has got some anger issues and he needs to learn how to deal with them or all that potential of his will go to waste.
Tennis is my favorite sport in the world and I practice it at a junior level (even though I'm 31 years old, haha), so I definitely appreciate the amazing talent NIck has got. If he sorts himself out, well, he definitely could win a couple of slams.
Another disappointing slam for the next generation of challengers, such talent in Zverev, Thiem and Pouille but they’re not making it count when it matters.
Love seeing Medvedev turn into a panto villain with the crowd and giving some back in his post match interviews
Looking that way, but I’m dreaming of a Dimitrov / Monfils finalAnother Federer / Nadal final?

Was the first time I’d seen Schwartzman. He was hitting it so hard and so flat, reminded me a bit of Del Potro in his pomp if he can keep hitting like that it’ll be interesting against Nadal if he can get above those high bouncing forehandsZverevev, I've been a fan since he first started rising to fame but yesterday he simply looked way too insecure. Schwartzman was the one showing all the initiative, while Sascha was playing way too far away from the side lines.

Nadal will wipe him out. Schwatrzman is about 3 foot 6*. He'll need a step ladder to reach Rafa's forehands.
* May be an underestimate.
