I see funny reactions but in all honesty it just isn't funny. It's sad getting so upset over a man you have never met and insulting his lack of hair or his height. Grown men too. If you want him gone then take it more seriously than that.
I’ve met him. It’s true, he’s short and bald. And very bad at the football. And won’t stop for a picture…

Here he is walking off with a box leaving White Hart Lane for the final time the day before it was knocked down. I believe the box contained the soul of the club. No idea where he’s stashed it.

We talk about hurting the pockets of the owners, even a few thousand not turning up, or buying beer etc..isn’t really going to scratch the surface. In actual fact the club have hurt their own pockets more by no getting into the champs league next season. That’s £20m (roughly) from not even being in the group stages. And of course with less exposure to the big competition will hurt sponsor ships, companies won’t be as interested and with that we lose millions.

It's not easy, there's no way the attendance will drop enough because if 1 person decides not to buy a ticket then another will. At the end of the day we're still at the top end of the table and plenty of supporters will still turn up. There's still some top players to watch too. Besides fans want to back the team still. It's also the best way to make your voice heard by going to the game and let the guy you're not happy with know because he's in attendance. I think the best action is to protest before matches and maybe during half time. That way you're not negatively impacting the players. We still need to support the players at the end of the day. We just need to let Levy know the pressure is on and we're not accepting what is going on of late.

That is a brilliant point. The ownership has actually f*cked itself financially so many times over the past few years with its lack of joined up thinking.

Because I'm an old git, I will probably be six feet under by the time the club is out of this mess.
I've supported this club for almost 60 years and been through some really low periods, relegation etc, but this is the lowest I have felt about what state we are in. Yes we have a world class stadium and training facilities, but for what end?
I was a ST holder for twenty years, but gave it up when Mourinho was appointed I'm not mystic Meg, but even back then I could see where we going and this is worse than I ever thought

It's possible that some who go to games just wan to support the team while they're on this pitch? They may be bothered by Levy, but in that moment supporting them when we're going for a leveller or winner is far more important.
It's like I don't know a soul who thinks the country is being run well but I also dont know anyone who wants to protest about it

This is going to be my final post on this.

I don't want anyone laughing at someone's height and looks using it as an insult every chance they get then suddenly saying mental health matters. You're all hypocrites. The sad thing is none of you can see it. You're all so blinded by an anger and hatred it's ridiculous.

You can want him out of the club without resorting to playground bullying nonsense.

It's a shame seeing so many here jump on this bandwagon, when so many heart reacted a post of mine where I mentioned feeling suicidal.

I know I'll get disagrees on this and to be honest I'm over it. Sick and tired of seeing you lot trying to justify it just because you disagree with how he runs a football club. I want him out, but he isn't the worst chairman out there. I have seen Crawley Town properly ripped to shreds since the summer. Players sold from under a manager's nose with no notice. Promises not fulfilled. Only JUST survived relegation with one game to go.

There are clubs who have literally gone out of business. Could we do better and should we want better? Absolutely, but at the same time there are others who have it far, far worse.

Anyways rant over.

They can protest via voting.. at a football club that isn't possible. I'll go to a game to support the players for that match then join a protest march before or after said match. Don't buy merchandise, don't buy food and drink. Literally just go in, sit down and watch the match. There are several ways to do it. Banners at games, outside the training ground. Going to ENIC's HQ.

You can protest v Levy and support the team. It's not one or the other.

Agree with all that just making the point that people in general dont protest much whether they agree or disagree with something.

It's pretty simple.
ENIC have used 20 years of cash flow from Tottenham football club plus debt to build a new stadium rather than invest in the football team.
If you believe the value of that will accrue to the football club in later years then you support Levy.
If you believe that the value will be accrued by Lewis/Levy when they sell the club then you are angry with ENIC.

I personally think its pretty obvious where the money is going to go.

That's just a general with thing with society in this country. Look at France, they protested against the pension age. We have no get up and go about ourselves.

Just imagining the conversation with the Beyoncé fans:

“Beyoncé out! Beyoncé out!”

“but it’s the summer and there’s no games on right?”

“yeah but we want the owners out, they don’t spend enough”

“but this is income for the club isn’t it?”

“er…but…it’s where they spend it.”

“…”

“Er…Zaniolo”

so where do you think the increased spending on the football team has come from since the stadium opened?

It also feels vaguely out of.....proportion I guess? Can't word it properly, and very much stress this is personal to me, not what I think anyone else should think - I'm bothered about it, but protesting the club finishing 7th feels dwarfed to so many other things going on at the moment - I just don't have enough energy about me to care about it to that high of a level.

Well yes, but if you read here and social media it's like the end of the world to some. So much so that you would expect a bigger plan of action being taken rather than a few black balloons being released onto the pitch.

I'm the opposite. The club doesn't need a lot to kick on. I'm annoyed that we have lost our identity, however culture and identity is easily fixable.

Every problem we have can be fixed, starting with the right manager.

Higher TV revenues. On a relative basis we are not spending much more than pre enic

you keep contradicting yourself.

His incompetence really riles me, and I'm not ashamed to admit when we lose/play badly it fcks me over. Always has done, always will.

But I want the team to do well, and to support them, to the point where on a matchday that's all I'm bothered about. Not balloons, tennis balls, banners. I'd join in a chant if we're a couple down, but the next moment, after a good bit of play or bad reffing, whatever, the game takes me over again.

I'm tired of your woke police routine.

See ya.
