but quite a few people on here and spurs fans elsewhere have talked over the past few weeks about the good deals we can get from city, and i keep on saying why? Why will city do us favours? i just don't see it

and not long ago one ITK backed up my view by saying the self-same thing in effect

that city were going to be 'difficult to deal with'

that's exactly what i expect

it's in their interest to string us along/mess us around etc etc

Any clues? One should be Pletikosa, obviously.. but you seem quite confident.. :grin:

Nothing is going to happen unless they finalize Stipe. This is going to be one of the weirdest windows (for everyone) ever. We will have to wait until the first few games when everyone panics, win or lose, because they see the weaknesses in their squad and suddenly everything will go crazy. I just hope all the jockeying we are doing now, will help us get the few components we need to get a little better before the deadline.
