Excellent point. Madrid buy and sell the best players for fun like some sort of retarded stock exhcange.

As for the 'what else does he offer' question, does it matter? What matters more than scoring prolifically? I'm a big Defoe fan, but if we signed KJH and he ended up taking Defoe's place, due to the amount of goals he's scoring, then who gives a shit? People shouldn't be moaning because we might be buying KJH. At the most, they should also be hoping for us to sign another player that offers something different. Just because he's not the hold up player some seem to be gagging for, doesn't mean he won't be a massive success for Spurs. And although he scored lots of goals in just a few games last season, there were plenty of games we were crying out for goals and didn't even look like scoring.

Those Highlighted points are what i have been thinking though most of this...It seems several feel we need a striker who is purpose built to play alone upfront...(something I wholly disagree with) It IMO isnt something we will do alot of. IMO KJH is a good striker, i didn't need to see YT. I think the prem will also suit KJH, I could seem him giving us what Van Nis gave man U....goals. I would be very happy with that....On a foward been able to hold the ball up...there are very few who are "a Natural" at it....in that any type of ball smacked up field sticks to them. Play the ball correctly, with accuracy and intend, most players can hold the ball up. What KJH does have is a very good touch, something Pav, Crouch do not have. IF we are in the market for a striker, which it seems we are, most fans, seem to want one too. then it means a current striker, is deemed "not what we want" I guess Keane and Pav are the 2 most likely candiates. I think Keane time at Spurs needs to come to an end, for Spurs as well as Keanes sake. Pav has hardly set the world a light, And IMO KJH would be an upgrade on either of them, in terms of what potentially they could offer Spurs this coming season (I say potentialy as a ball hasn't been kicked yet, so its all potential)
