I feel like we’ll need Kulusevski’s quality on the ball in this match and a role as a striker with less workload would be okay even just coming back in. Perisic has to play for set pieces but we also need Sessegnon’s pace to give us an outlet, so Perisic on the right. Hopefully our midfield 3 can take advantage of that area being a real weakness for Liverpool so far this season too

I've got a horrible feeling we'll sit back and absorb the pressure, and every minute we do that will be a boost to their confidence (and might even kick start their season). I think 3 in CM will be crucial though since we've seen PEH and Bentancur getting up the pitch much more in recent games. It's going to be 343 isn't it.

I like this, here's why:
- Doherty likes to move inside right in attack, leaving Gil to the wing to whip balls into the box.
- The Dier, Lenglet, Davies back three looks to be our best option when Romero is out.
- Liverpool's midfield isn't brilliant at the moment, so I'm OPK starting with just our two superstars in there.
- Perisic has to play if only for his set piece delivery. He also has playmaking ability in that position.

Only thing that worries me is the lack of pressing from the front with that XI.

Because our other RWB options are so bad we have been forced to play a LWB there!!

RWB in this formations is the sort of position where a young, energetic and pacy player can thrive, regardless of who we are playing imo.
