Walker needs to play himself into form, and Naughton hasn't really shown anything better when he has played IMO. I imagine Ade will be knackered as well, so give Defoe another run out at home. He can't be that shit 3 games in a row can he?!?

I would say Defoe got an earful...he was one of the worst and some of them looked totally exasperated with his shift and shoot policy. Didn't Ade look pretty pissed off in the first half at one point with him?

All I can say is thank fuck Bale wasn't involved last night, had he played 120 mins I would be worried for us come Sunday. A rested Bale should prove decisive. Dawson, Lloris and Ekotto as well....and then a few who didn't play the whole 120 mins on top should still see us in decent enough condition.

If he had played we might not have needed the extra 30mins

I would still try and play Ade from the start, maybe Lennon as a sub again if he still isnt 100%, but only is Dembele is played in the center and not on the right!
