We would do well not to totally underestimate them when they're on this run of form. Not a stunning last four games but not losing since early November at that level is still a great run.

Having said that, even resting the entire XI that started against City we should win. But I don't think it'll be 5-0 this time like vs Gillingham.

Vorm,
Trippier CCV Wimmer Davies
Winks Sissoko
Onomah, Son, GKN
Janssen

I said at the start of the season I wanted us to go all out for the fa cup this year but the draw has been kind and with the league match on Tuesday I would go with your team(or a similar one with 11 changes) with Kane alli eriksen on the bench as an insurance policy

Vorm
Trippier CCV Wimmer Davies
Onomah Winks
Sissoko Edwards Son
Janssen
Pau, Dier, Walker-Peters, Dembele Alli, Eriksen, Kane

We might need the strong bench, it would be good to be able to bring on Kane, Eriksen and Alli.

That's bold but it could work. I'd probably stick N'Koudou on the right though, and have Son on bench ready to come on.

Want Janssen to start up top, and if Son plays hopefully he will pass the ball to him. A few times this season Vincent has been in a good position but Son has not played the ball, instead he has taken a rash shot or lost the ball.

Would also like to see CCV, Onomah, Winks and N'Koudou start. Edwards and KWP to feature too.

N'Koudou could feed Janssen, Vince just has to make sure he's in the box at the right time.

Its beyond a confidence issue with Vince though. It's a physical attribute issue. He's strong but he has a very high center of gravity making it easier to knock him off the ball. He's also way too slow with very slow feet. He wont make it in England the way he is right now. He needs a few months of speed/agility training and he needs to strengthen his core and lower body to create a lower center of gravity. Once he makes progress here then he can get to work on his brutal first touch. The reality of it is, he needed a year. We should have bought in another striker to back Kane up so Vince had time. The way he is right now, he reminds of another former AZ striker who killed it in Holland but failed miserably in England before and after his time at AZ.

He needs to be shut down to focus on training. Once he makes progress, we can give him more game time later in the year to get his feet wet before next season.

I have read it all now, he's six foot for christ sake, a high centre of gravity, i can't stop laughing !!

Well another striker would have needed a year also !!!!

Kane Rose and Toby ruled out.

His foot in that ice bucket after the West Brom game might be something after all then?

Edit: nope it's his groin

Pochettino: “Toby, Danny (knee) & Kane (groin) are out. We don't want to take any risks but they'll hopefully be available for Tuesday."

Calm your tits

"But Pochettino expects the trio to be fit for Tuesday's visit to Sunderland in the Premier League.

He says Jan Vertonghen will be out "for three or four weeks more" with an ankle injury, while Erik Lamela will be back in training tomorrow."

From BBC:

Toby Alderweireld (knee), Danny Rose (knee) and Harry Kane (groin) will all miss Saturday's FA Cup fourth-round tie against Wycombe.

But Pochettino expects the trio to be fit for Tuesday's visit to Sunderland in the Premier League.
