Hoping Kulu is ok:

——————Lloris
——Romero—Dier—Lenglet
Doherty—Hojbjerg—Skipp—Perisic
——Kulusevski—Kane—Son

Some hints Sarr may have overtaken Skipp in Conte’s judgement of late, but I think on balance he may revert to the pair that won him a few games when he first arrived.

It doesn’t matter who we play. If they are sent out to play like we have done in every game this season Palace will be licking their lips. Right now we are the easiest team to play against in the league.

This. Nothing matters beyond Kulu in or out. We have one way of playing and are totally reliant on Kulu producing something. It'll more than likely be another game where we are outfought and outshot.

I’d agree with this Son doesn’t deserve to start and even with injuries up front he should be benched. Move Perisic up front and play Sess or Doherty to LWB and Spence in at RWB.

cant see Conte doing this mind but he should

Perisic Hojbjerg Skipp Doherty

If Kulu’s not fit, start Perisic up top with Sess @ LWB

Does it even fucking matter what the team is? Here's how the game will go.

1st half. Palace attack and score at least two. We sit back like passive little bitches doing nothing.

2nd half. We attack half heartedly, and maybe score one.

Game ends. Conte moans to the press.

Rinse and fucking repeat...

If Kulu is unavailable I think Conte should consider playing 3 in the middle Hjobjerg, Skippy and Sarr.

We should probably go 3 in CM

433:
Lloris
Doherty Romero Lenglet Sessegnon
Skipp Kulusevski Hojbjerg
Son Kane Perisic
Sarr for Kulusevski if he isn't fit, Gil for Son is a toss of the coin.

Lloris
Romero Dier Lenglet
Doherty Skipp Hojbjerg Perisic
Kulusevski
Son Kane

Spence — Skipp - Hojbjerg - Sarr - Perisic

If Kulusevski is fit, play him at RWB.

It’s imperative we dominate central midfield and stop Palace from giving Eze, Zaha and Ayew the ball. The only way we’re going to do that is by playing 3 central midfielders. It will also allow Kane and Son to play up front together in a partnership that has previously flourished, hopefully they can both get their arse back into gear.

Maybe 2 and draw if we can get enough set pieces, which isn't that easy attacking half heartedly.

I love Sonny, but I think If we are going with a three up front then we go Deki/Kane/Gil (If Deki is fit) . It's not just that Son is out of form, he's actively making the team worse by being on the pitch. Either that or just go with Kane/Kulu and play a three in midfield and try to at least not get ripped apart by mildly competent opposition.

It's Conte, there's no way the system changes IMO. But that doesn't have to be a bad thing - you can keep the basic system and still drastically change the way you're playing.

Lloris

Romero - Dier - Lenglet

Doherty - Skipp - Hojbjerg - Perisic

Kulusevski - Kane - Son

I do feel like we're in the shit here tbh - Palace seem very well set up to exploit our weaknesses and Olise, Zaha and Eze will be loving the thought of playing against our defence. With City and Arsenal up next we really need a result but I can't see us getting it right now.

I think it's time to try something different, the 3-4-3 hasn't been working at all recently. I don't think we will, as Conte is the stubborn type, but here's what I'd go with:

Lloris
Emerson - Romero - Lenglet - Davies
Bissouma - Hojbjerg - Sarr
Kulusevski - Kane - Perisic
Main personnel decisions are Emerson over Doherty because it's a back four, Sarr over Skipp because I want to see what he can offer, and Perisic over Son because Son hasn't contributed anything for months.
