Almost more interested in seeing us without Kane. Would mean a lot if we could actually produce good and cohesive football without him.
With Son, Bale, Lucas, Bergwijn, Lamela, Dele, Vini, Gio and Tanguy all fit it's not like we don't have enough at our disposal.

Top 4 left us with the United defeat. All I want is for us to play some football which will give us something to actually look forward to on Sunday and for the rest of this season going in to next.

Absolutely buzzing for tonight now. Mourinho gone, Mason in the dugout, Bale and Alli likely reinstated and reinvigorated AND the general good feeling of the ESL collapsing. Cannot wait.

I'm gutted as I didn't realise it was a 6pm kick off as I'm coaching at 5:30 - 6:30 so I won't see the first half and I haven't looked forward to a game as much in the last 18 months.

Expecting a very good performance and a heavy victory. On paper we should be scoring for fun and hopefully with Mason at the helm he'll allow them to express themselves and play to their strengths. If not then we're screwed for the remainder of the season.

Remember those teachers who used to let your class watch a film during lessons because they couldn’t be arsed to teach? Just be like one of them, and put the game on

Totally but if you've just been handed the reigns at your boyhood club you'd probably appreciate not playing the game on hard mode from the outset.

Top 4 may have gone... but... win tonight and we're 2 points off 4th with an extra game played... Chelsea and West Ham play each other on Saturday so points WILL be dropped by one of them. Liverpool have an easy game at home to Newcastle.

> Chelsea still have City, Arsenal and Leicester to play (albeit mostly at home).
> West Ham arguebly have an easier run however Everton at home is one of them who typcially perform better away from home.
> Liverpool have to go to OT after Newcastle while facing a tricky away game at Burnley
> Leicester face United and Chelsea away, us at home (not holding out for us there!) but the distraction of the FA Cup final

I do believe Top 4 is beyond us however these 4 teams will drop points (im sure we will) however a win tonight does put a bit of pressure on those above. With Chelsea and West Ham playing each other, we could be in the mix of a few points outside with a new impetus of Jose's departure.

Those expecting us to magically turn it on now that Mourinho has gone are in for a let down i suspect. 18 months of turgid mourinho ball isnt going to get out of the players system in 5 days, that will require serious coaching and work on the training ground. Expect to see much of the same until the end of the season including players playing well within themselves as they save themselves for the Euros. Sorry to put a dampner on things but i cant see how it will go any other way.

I am hoping the opposite, I thought Chavs looked much better as soon as Tuchel took over.
The squad should be more relaxed.
It’s not like Ryan does not know the players.

Lets get behind Ryan regardless he is the boss at the moment and will need all our support. He's a spurs man and knows what will be required starting with Southampton tonight. I think we will win they will be smarting from their cup exit and we will hopefully have the shackles removed.

They looked better defensively for sure, attacking wasnt a problem for them even when Lampard was there. Its much harder to coach attacking systems than it is to coach a defensive discipline although it seems that Jose had his work cut out trying to coach dead heads like Dier, Sanchez and Doherty about defensive discipline..

He obviously fell out with Toby and decided to leave Rodon out for some time. Hopefully they both start tonight.

Top4 isn't gone by any chance with the Chelsea draw yesterday. 5 points up with 6 games to go, we have seen bigger miracles in football history.

3 points tonight and we can believe.

At this stage the performance is more important to me really. I think it always is tbh, it's just the way I see football, and why it was Spurs that I followed all those years ago.

I just want to see a positive lineup, where we attack freely, aren't afraid to create, and don't play within ourselves when against the cosh.

Bring back that old Poch bravery, and even some of Harry's "fackin run abaht a bit!"

I'm being hopelessly naive but I think we will absolutely smash them tonight, playing with swagger and freedom we havent seen for a long time.
