He was as good if not better than any of the two Arsenal fullbacks. He was OK, not great but no liability.

I'm personally very impressed with young Danny. Today he played very well and although he switched off allowing Walcott the chance of getting in behind him from which they scored I though overall his game has improved considerably

That wasn't his fault, though, he actually pushed up and played the offside trap well but for some reason Dawson ran backwards and played Walcott onside.
