Most improved player last season and has stepped it up again this year. I'd argue that, after Kane, he's the player we miss most when he's out of the team.

Really excited to see how he progresses. Even the delivery from wide areas has improved this season!

Don't think he'd be interested in going back up north. Think he said a while back he's a southerner now and hardly ever goes back to the north.

Haha well I'm a Yank so it's all the same to me, but that's good to know nonetheless. I'm well-pleased he decided to stay at Spurs. Was 100% certain that City were going to unload the bank for him, as that was the summer they received a lot of criticism for winning the league with one HG on the pitch.

As I said, I'm a Yank, but I very much like to see English players succeeding at the club. Would love to see this young English core, including Danny, all remain at the club for years to come.

Absolutely. It was the sole remaining weakness in his game going into this season IMO, and now he's suddenly become a fantastic assist provider from the flanks. What a superb modern fullback he has become.

Actually wouldn't swap him for any left back that I've seen playing anywhere in the world currently. Couldn't say that with absolute confidence, and without my Spurs-tinted specs, about any other outfield players in their respective positions/roles, maybe Alderweireld. The guy's a warrior, developed his game, and just seems to be getting better in multiple roles.

I thought Roses liked shit, but Danny don't take any.

What a truly wonderful example of training hard and turning things around. Absolutely delighted to have him at Spurs, great application. Keep it up Danny.

Who remembers at the start of last season when we were all struggling to pick a clear preferred full back pairing? Kyle or Trips right, Rose or Davies left?

Well that feels like ages ago now and goes to show just how much Walker and Rose have really stepped it up in the last 18 months or so, as the other two aren't bad players at all.

I'd go as far as to say Rose is currently one of the top 5 players at the Club now.

Just cause it's been a while since i've seen this

On his Premier League debut :D

They were discussing Danny Rose's best spurs moment on the fighting cock podcast before Christmas. This got a mention but is easily his best in my opinion. Just stunning and never gets old.

There isn't another left back around I'd rather have. Right now he's pretty much a complete full back in terms of both his attacking and defensive contributions. What makes him stand out is his aggression. His desire to win the ball and drive forward is superb. Very consistent too. Great to have him around.

According to his Wikipedia page
Dembélé uses the spelling "Mousa" for his first name (e.g. on his Twitter account), and so do his club, national team and most news articles about him. But he has said in interview that the proper spelling ought to be "Moussa".

I remember that goal so well as my Arsenal supporting mate had text me as I was sitting in the crowd before the game as the teams were being announced. The text read, "hahahaha Danny Rose??? You silly fucking ****s hahaha" or something along those lines.

About half an hour later he's gone and scored that and I'm showing people around me the text he had sent as we are all celebrating it. He's obviously getting absolutely roasted so they've got me to ring him up for a chorus of Tommy, you're the ****, Tommy Tommy you're the ****!!

Great times.

Love him as he's such a good left back that he can either play in a flat back four or as a wing back and be equally effective either way.

It's amazing how far he's come from joining us as a raw left winger / midfielder, to being converted to a left back who showed a lot of promise but then struggled a bit, to then coming back and in general being awesomeness personified.

What a player. Got to be the league's best left back.
