Trouble is the managers we've got who have managed bigger clubs have been the worst. The best have been the ones where we're their biggest job. There are lot of things to like about Slot. But lets be honest, he will be a big gamble. He could be a Ten Hag or a average Koeman or even worse Frank De Boer
My biggest problem with him is, his lack of experience handling star players. There's simply no player in Feynoord you would say is a star player or high maintenance player
When things get tough in PL, can he get the team going ?
At the moment, thats as big a gamble as asking Mason to be headcoach.
I dont mind Slot, but I would prefer another coach who has experienced the ups & downs with a slightly bigger team
We only have a few star players (Kane, Son, Bentacur) anyway and they're all great pros like Vertongen, Toby and Eriksen were for Poch. I can't see them being difficult.
