Who would people prefer between Spors and Steidten?
Steidten, on the basis he actually seems to have done the job required. Spors seems more like he’s been more of a freelance senior recruitment consultant (although happy to be corrected) when we need someone to get control of the whole footballing structure.

Dykes isn’t even the DOF at Brentford.

As long as he brought Danny Rose as his "Research" assistant....

The combo we want is SlotSpors.. anything less is disappointment.
I think there are nuances between Spors and Steidten as @KingNick alludes to.

I think Munn's appointment makes having Spors who's currently a 'Global Sports Director' slightly more superfluous than a top talent spotter in Steidten.

There’s been plenty of articles and videos posted about Slot over the last few days that show he’s more than just a bald guy.

If anything, by reducing the man to that one attribute it’s you that’s showing a massive lack of footballing knowledge.

I was suggesting what Daniel may like about him as I doubt he’s watched a single Feyenoord game this season. I have and think Slot would be a fantastic choice. If our board are though making a choice of our next manager based on articles and videos that kind of backs up my belief that none of them have a clue and shouldn’t be involved in deciding who our next manager is.

The greatest gift Levy could give us is getting Steidten in the next week or so and then effing off and let Munn + Steidten take the reigns on the manager search. No random board members input or Levy muddying the waters, just those two hashing out the best candidate and going to get him

It backs up fuck all because neither of us have any idea what the board or Levy is basing his decisions on.

You’re just spouting opinion as fact and then getting outraged about your own hypothetical situation.

I'm tending to agree, although Spors was an analyst and scout and has worked with Rangnick, I do like the idea of Steidten being a former pro but I guess it comes down to who interviews with the best vision.

I was actually using your hypothetical as fact and getting outraged at nothing because my original post was about Daniel Levy liking bald people.
