I think they have been buying up a lot of property/land directly around the ground and slightly further afield as well with an eye on building a brand new stadium in the same area. I know a few on here that would be spitting feathers about that!!
It puts our stadium even more into perspective really. It's been a long old slog to get the thing built, but when the likes of Man U are unable to maintain CL whilst not improving their infrastructure it shows what a challenge the modern, money-centric game is.
...their owners will go down the el cheapo route and put in some updates to the existing stands. You just know it. Its the Glazers cash cow just like Kroneke or whatever his name is treats Arsenal.
