How did you get your knife through security?
One of my replies to the survey - ceramic. No one really gives you searches as they did at Wembley.

Edit - just googled it and only partly true. Safe to say that I am now on a list of possible terrorist suspects.

It's on my key ring I put it in the tray go through the security arch and then just pick it up again, they concentrate so much on the arch they never look in the tray. I know you'll treat this information in the utmost confidence, mums the word.

Hopefully it's just a symptom of how the season's gone, playing at Wembley and a stack of injuries, so the residual negativity still lingers.

If we hit the ground running next season, with a fresh and healthy squad, then hopefully the belief will be there with our fans.

I think there was a massive level of natural frustration built up by Brighton's excellent defending, the referee not punishing their time wasting and our sloppy finishing.

Just had "one of those days" all over it until Eriksen found his range.

Happens with all teams and their supporters when there's so much riding on each point at the end of the season.

Noticed during a rendition of stand up if you hate Arsenal (hate that song but can see why it's sung atm) that the entire Park Lane was stood up with the exception of a couple of blocks bang in the middle that was clearly the 1882 section.

Given these were sold as "being in the heart of the atmosphere" you'd think the people in there would at least get involved in that ffs. Was never a fan of that block of 'corporate-lite' in the middle of the Park Lane and I think the fears are justified.

Last night was good though. Far better than the same game would have been at Wembley or the old Lane, as has been said.

Just because some one has more money than you doesn't mean they're any less of a fan. I find this kind of attitude particularly stinky and borders on a level with racism and sexism.

I’m not sure this attempt to sow division amongst fans is particularly helpful. We’re all spurs fans and we all want the team to win and play good football. We’re blessed at the moment because the team is doing just that.

COYS

This. Some of those 1882 members may well have had to break the bank to get it as it was the only thing left.

It's not about being stingy for a lot of people, it's about being able to afford it. A lot of people want to go to one or two games a season. Would you pay an extra £40 on top of the normal ticket price to go to a game? Or an extra £120 for a family of four?

The same people that claim to be loyal fans that really want to go to as many games as possible? The 18/19 membership window opened in about May 18, as far as everyone knew, the stadium would be open by September, but people didn't pay up then? That's not loyal. It's also funny how a lot of them only want to one or 2 games a season, in a show piece game. Most wouldn't bother with Huddersfield at 12.30 or Brighton on a Tuesday. They're fickle. They're desperate loyal fans when it suits them.

Do you happen to know how many paid up members we have?

I can't find the list but I believe it's public. There are a hell of a lot. One Hotspur + (formerely bronze) accounts for about 60,000 alone then there are the lower tier members as well so over 100,000

It doesn't take Kanye West levels of genius to figure out you ain't getting a GA ticket anymore. Members only. Especially with heightened security these days.

Another food review quickie.
Had the Malaysian Chicken curry from Naan and Noddle - tasted ok, but it's the first thing I've had that hasn't even touched the sides. The pot was small and it wasn't exactly stuffed in there.

Also, I can't see any noodles on the menu of Naan and Noodle.

I was toying with fish and chips or even the fried tofu and chips. Disappointed I didn't, especially as Saturday doesn't coincide with meal time for me.

Thank for info. I've had membership for 15+ years. I fully understand I will never get a standard release day ticket now but I'm more than happy to get one on ticket exchange. Couldn't give a monkeys who we are playing, just being there is what its all about. Last night was a awful game, but atmosphere was great when it got going. Stadium is fantastic.

I tried the Spurs pie - Amazing. Malaysian curry was surprisingly bland. Burger was tasty. Yes I'm greedy :)

I know my comments often sound as though I'm talking about everyone. That's not fair and if I say something about a group and anyone feels it doesn't apply to them that's what I meant.

I think a lot of the non-member posse that feel like they're some kind of victim are probably part of the new generation of self entitled toss pots that think they should just get what the want.

It borders on racism. Ok mate.

Hating on some one you don't know for no reason other than they can afford a more expensive ticket? Hate is hate.
Ok, we're not talking about violence, but society doesn't need any groups of people hating on eachother, rich vs poor, black vs white, men vs women, muslim vs christian, it's all petty and needless.

My grandson has become a Hotspur+ member this season and he’s 80,000 odd on the waiting list for a season ticket .

Finally found the Touchlines food outlet near the South/East stand and was able to try the hot dogs . It was very good and a definite buy on all future visits to the stadium.

The market place is more like a jungle and to be avoided

Can honestly say that the Malaysian curry has been the biggest disappointment food wise at the new stadium. For the money it was very meh and you get very little of it.

Had the brisket burger last night, which was good.

But Spurs vs Arsenal is ok right?

Had fish and chips and surprisingly they were hot, the chips were crisp and I enjoyed it. What a contrast to the Wembley version which where the fish was OK but the chips cold and soggy always.

Only complaint was some green sludge on the side (looked like mouldy putty so I disposed of what I assume was some kind of mushy pea thing) and a piece of bread! Would understand if this was Yorkshire but it's not. Just give me more chips

I for one find such songs very weird. We weren't even playing Arsenal and anyway what does such do to create a positive atmosphere that drives our team on? To me it is just juvenile negative stuff

I had a couple of pints in the Market Place after the game and loved the atmosphere. That's where new songs/chants are going to be created before and after games and the reason the South Stand would be my first choice whenever tickets come up.

I really hope the club don't take the view that people singing/jumping up and down is somehow intimidating but something I saw (can't remember where) made me think they might. I can understand people who don't want to or can't stand getting frustrated during the game by standing .

But if supporters in that stand have been complaining about the vibe in the Market Place they really are very delicate flowers.

It's done to get people to stand up particularly when stewards are on a campaign of sitting people down, it's nothing much more than that to be honest.

Just an idea, but why can't we sing "Stand up if you love Tottenham " to get over the steward thing rather than "stand up if you hate Arsenal "
