Bent, despite having had fragmented appearances and injuries, and unsurprisingly playing generally poorly as a result, has scored 4 goals in the equivalent of just under 9 games. But for a travesty of a linesman's decision, it would have have been 5 in 9 today. That's really rubbish.

Your heart's in the right place, Q8, but I sometimes wonder where your head is.

I would take half of these goals if he showed us a great performance in some games. I really impressed with him and his goals in pre-season, specially in south Africa, and I know injuries/confidence played a key role for not showing his real worth. But as a fan, you can't be calm after every defeat, you could see something wrong. you need to take and give your views to be relaxed after saying what in your heart.

you could see bad peformances for some of players, it is normal in football, but you you're fan, you saw players like Zokora failing to be consisent performer against lower sides in 2 season, Malbranque as winger failing to creat chances, bencher not making effort, a player like Huddlestone always wants to take near free-kick with poor ( hitting the wall everytime ) , Lennon making poor crosses over two years. Then you want a change. Not big changes in one line-up to destory the team, but at least one or two names could be good.

Also Chimbonda played very bad recently apart from last game and his assist against PSV ( felt sorry for him for the penalty because he was sorry and sad too as any supporter ) .

I know there are bad performances by other players, but these players are the less effort in the team ( to be honest ) with big respect to all as i like every player in the team.

Daws was MOTM very solid game as all back 4
Jenas and Zokora were terrible
Unusually Zoko being slightly better than Jenas
It seems that our hopes of Jenas carrying on the good form again are slipping away.
Has been woeful in last couple of games.
Can see this happening a lot now between now and end of the season.
But reckon we will have pretty much a new midfield in place for next (hope)

How many times did Jenas come and take the ball off our defenders, look up and see nobody looking to make a run!I saw it umpteen times(ffs even Andy Gray noticed it),Citeh tried to hold a high line throughout the game and Lennon stood on the right wing twiddling his thumbs with a vacant look on his face!Berbatov was just as bad barely moved all game!
Its fuckin very hard playing in our midfield when nobody moves for the player on the ball!
