Paulinho's been following Mata since he made the Twitter account. Soldado started following Xisco from Tblisi the other day, though, so maybe that means something

Xisco from Tblisi is a former Valencia player.....maybe he & Soldado are just good friends

Still think this is one to watch tomorrow. Call me crazy, but this has been a crazy window anyway. One more special. Mark my words.

Yes, but what would be the circumstance/s that would prompt Maurine to further strengthen us when, initially, he chose to do something, specifically, to weaken us??

I like things to make sense - this doesn't.

But nothing has made sense this window. Mata could force his hand and do an Odemwingie ;)

do we actually need him? I know he would walk straight into our side but who will be leaving?

If we wanna challenge Chelsea, City and United, which the signing of Mata would imply, then it's all about depth. City can leave players like Dzeko and Negredo on the bench. Chelsea can bench Mata like it's nothing and still field a quality midfield. Signing Mata would go a small way to achieving that for us.

Maybe the player wants to leave 'cause he loves playing the game, but he's not given the chance to do what he really wants to do where he's at. Strange, but possible.

And Maureen would just flog him abroad like we're doing with Bale....

Don't think anyone's gonna force maurinho to do anything:D
I just get a feeling something special is happening tomorrow. This window has been triffic and I'm sure Levy doesn't want the last bit of business from us being Bale going. End it with someone like Mata and suddenly a huge statement has been made.
