If he is coming in I'm expecting Bent to go. I guess we don't have to long now to find out either way.

If Harry does sign him i'll be fully behind him and if he is still selfish and improves his goal to shot ratio I won't be complaining. Let's hope Harry can do his magic on him.

There's a very good reason he's getting slated. He doesn't know the meaning of the word 'pass' and will take a pop when the chances of scoring are minimal and there are better-placed team-mates. (This from a couple of Sunderland sources.) That was one of JD's bad habits, but the Djerbil is far, far worse.

That's odd. In the past Bent frequently got slated for passing the ball when there was a shot on.

I agree, Bent is shot shy. Or rather he just sort of hides behind the defender at the far post and doesn't see much of the ball. Much better finisher than Cisse though when he does take a pop.
