Find myself totally switching off when we lose straight away, the irritation isn't there as it was before.
When we win the happiness lasts maybe half an hour to an hour after before that euphoria is gone.
I think maybe just as I've gotten older I've realised there's really no point getting wound up or excited or upset, etc over something we have no control over. There are bigger things to worry about, personally.
Support the team, love the club, feel an affection for some of the players, and Conte, again. But the pain and suffering is less. And I'm glad. It's not healthy to feel that way, for me anyway.
Each to their own. Doesn't make me any less of a fan than someone who goes every week and screams their head off, gets wound up etc.
