I don't think it's him necessary. The tactics didn't allow for his game. I also think Chelscum defended superbly. All over us like a rash.

The annoying thing is, we rely on him turning up.

I question Poch’s ability to find attacking players which could be a massive issue if that’s the case.

Kane, Eriksen and Dele were all here when he turned up. I wouldn’t be massively shocked to see Sissoko pushed higher when Eriksen goes for example!
I think Poch will likely follow those going anyway - I honestly think Eriksen is just playing out his time, knowing that Poch doesn't have a viable alternative. Poch won't fancy playing tug of war with Levy trying to get money to buy quality. No signings in two windows is telling me that things are not what they should or could be.

Potentially.

It's hard to gauge what we're like without him though because Poch will never drop him
Didn't happen to watch when we drew against fucking Rochdale and Tranmere last season? Southampton was a draw as well the only league game he missed last season. We were also pretty dreadful against Huddersfield and Cardiff without him this season.

Two fairly comfortable wins you mean? I'm sure Eriksen's absence was vital there

I would say it's a dead cert IF Ole doesn't get the Utd job F time - why would Poch stay around at a club that is clearly not able to compete. At the right club, Poch will be one of the best in the world who WILL win things. We will never be able to make that step financially all the time ENIC are the gatekeepers. Winning in business does not equate to winning on the pitch as far as they are concerned. With that said though, the money days of clubs like City, Chelsea are gone, so I don't see some big billionaire coming in and giving us a chance to sign the players that will take us to the level. We will be back where we started soon enough - scrapping it out for 6th place.

I wouldn’t be so sure.

He’s the type who’d buy Fellaini for example. I can’t see him overhauling an attack at elite level.

I think he's been tapped up, his head's gone. Not just tonight, but generally, he just doesn't seem himself.

Totally shocking again from Eriksen - When he doesn't turn up (more often than not lately), we have Zero creativity, nothing, nada! I wouldn't shed a tear if he goes and his game continues like this.

Kinda reason why we can’t lose him. When he doesn’t turn up we can look pretty damn average. Replacing him at his best, when we’re at our best is gonna be nigh on impossible.
Don’t blame him for wanting to leave, we’re likely going nowhere. His in the moment performances are verging on pathetic though considering his ability.

Then he needs to have a long hard look at the games when Eriksen goes missing to realise that his team plays shit when there is no creativity. I have to be honest, I am surprised it has taken this long this season to finally start to crumble. Now more than ever before I honestly think our resurgence is over. We haven't just stagnated, we have regressed.
