Doesn't matter how many times you "beat a man" if you do F-all with the ball after it.
Zaha has 6 assists this season which is more than Ozil, Coutinho, Mane and David Silva.

They won't add much colour to our play, will they. Some press stories saying that our transfer 'committee' (Levy, Pochmeister and McDermott) are targeting young and PL savvy players - Barkely, Zaha and the two Grays or is it Gray and Grey?
That's more assists than Hazard too. In fact if you add up goals, assists and penalties won (some sites class that as an assist if the penalty is scored), Hazard only has 2 more than Zaha and had played 3 games more.Zaha has 6 assists this season which is more than Ozil, Coutinho, Mane and David Silva.

Edit: I don't actually want us to sign Zaha, but he has become more productive.
Whenever I've seen him I've been impressed, but he's a winger and we don't play with wingers.
I think that's more because Nkoudou barely makes the bench, suggesting Poch doesn't rate him at all.Is there a reason why most of you insist so much on Janssen doing well even though he struggled a lot, whereas no one gives a chance to Nkoudou???
I don't understand it really. None of them has done well, and if I had to chose one of them Nkoudou showed more potential. Yet everyone has Nkoudou out already

Because he's not a glamour signingVery few do.
After Alderweireld, Dele and Wanyama, I think that's a bullshit judgement to pass on fellow spurs fans.Because he's not a glamour signing
Many many moaned Alderwield waS stop slow and not good enough, ans Wanyama got shit all early season and the blame for our form then. Why?After Alderweireld, Dele and Wanyama, I think that's a bullshit judgement to pass on fellow spurs fans.
I haven't seen anyone slag Nkoudou and say he isn't good enough, but I think it is a safe bet that if he only played 36 mins in the PL when we played with 3 AMs and Lamela was injured, then reducing the number of AMs we use to 2, is probably going to mean he is going to be moved on. Njie played more in the PL and he was injured for 5 months. Is there a reason why most of you insist so much on Janssen doing well even though he struggled a lot, whereas no one gives a chance to Nkoudou???

Being a fuckwitted old coot, I'm assuming this means it's probably true we're serious about chasing him?
I think our starting XI are as good as any team in the league. When we struggle, its when we rotate due to congestion, injury or suspension. Improving the players who rotate in will go a long way towards our league record and potential for trophies.Personaly I don't see how Barkley or Zaha make us any better, stronger in reserve maybe but not our first team. In the CL I don't see Barkley or Zaha taking us to the next level. I don't see them starting when everyone is fit. In rotation, sure, of the bench, sure, but I would really like to see an improvement in our starting 11.
