I´m so enjoying this situation Fryers and Holtby for free!
Hope Fryers will come good as did G.Rossi and Pique
I doubt Fryers was free.

Be careful with Whiskey nose, the murder I have seen this man get away with in the last 20 years regardless of rules or who is/was in the right, is sickening and infuriating. He does what he wants, when he wants and the stupid old fuck always gets appeased one way or another.
This is the Man who dictated to the FA and Premier League and then the High Court that we couldn't sign a player he decided he didn't want us to and the prick got his way.
He is the only Manager in the Premier League who is allowed to flaunt the FA rule that says all Managers MUST attend ALL postmatch press conferences as he doesn't like doing them. He rarely does any my Journo mate says.
Rafa missed one once because of a personal issue and was fined.
Also the top dog at Utd is no 2 at the FA now too.
Horrible club who act like a spoilt kid and a bully but all too often get their way, and because SAF hasn't, for once, got his way here, and I'm proper chuffed he hasn't, he is fuming as its not what he's used to happening.
When do we play Man U at home and will Fryers be on the bench? I think Fergie will wind em up for that game.
fryers is apparently joining the development squad, not the first team yet. can't see him at LB for us this year, considering BAE is back this arvo - according to his tweet - plus we have Naughton/Jan and dare I say even Bale that can play there...
Development players are available to play in the 1st XI. Do we always announce a player is joining the Development Squad when we sign someone or is this a way of circumventing the rules?
If Fryers was prominsed £20K a week and straight into the 1st team squad as left back cover, it is unlikely that he would except being put into the Development squad unless it were to make it appear we hadn't circumvented the rules, which obviously we have. Someone will have had a word with the lad and told him how we are going to have to play it to avoid charges.
I don't think he will be on the subs bench, that would just inflame the situation but I wouldn't be at all surprised if he is not in the 1st XI squad next season having "developed" enough in the few months until the season ends in May.
er... I know. We haven't circumvented anything - it's all above board and completed. I would think he will be in the senior squad next season, but I also think you only half read my response 'cos you've started spouting drivel subsequently.
I believe Man U set a trap and Levy has fallen into it. People on here predicted that he would come to us when he joined Liege, so do you really believe Fergie and the rest of the board had no idea that could happen also? No chance.
Probably underhand, I am sure Levy would have checked things out with the lawyers to make sure it was watertight.Isn't this more like "underhand" rather than down right illegal?
United are getting what they deserve to be honest. Their valuation of Fryers was 6m but they weren't prepared to give him the wage to match that valuation.
It seems that we've done this all above board and I'm assuming he's already been registered anyway so baconface can keep his chops shut quite frankly.
Not much of a trap mullers, Spur won't pay £6m so let him go to Belgium so Spurs can get him on the cheap in 6months then we cam acuse them of manipulating the rules, that'll show them.I believe Man U set a trap and Levy has fallen into it. This.
underhand stuff is not something i condone, but when SAF can bend the rules in his favour and demand 6 million for a player who apparently they are not to bothered to lose is just a joke. worth 3million more than Livermore who has over a season of premier league experience, really?
By all accounts they were very bothered to lose him. They offered him a contract which he turned down wanting greater forst team oportunities. The press at the time said Fergie was furious, which I believe came from a former player if memory serves. He wouldn't be making a fuss now if he wasn't bothered then.
