The guy's just saying what some of us feel in our hearts- including me.

Our team just got bossed off the park by a Turkish side. (Yeah, I know- our "second squad," right? Well that second squad should've lost 4-1).

We are fucking garbage at the moment- painful to watch, chock full of 5.5 out of 10 players. I don't give a rat's ass about anyone on our team bar Lloris and a couple of the youngsters (neither of who I would care at all about were they to leave).

I am so disheartened. These days- for the first time- I actually find my mind wandering during our matches, because I'm bored. Maybe Jimbo is upset and needs to vent. What's wrong with that? If he's a gooner then so be it, but I reckon he's a disaffected Spurs fan. And even if he is Ars*nal the fact is he's right.

Look- I LOVE Tottenham, but our current team sickens me. There is so little fight in us, so little steel. We all love Lloris not just because he's awesome but because he's a fighter-- he gets angry, he shouts-- he fucking cares. None of the others seem to give a toss.

I understand that Jimbo78 is repetitive- but that doesn't make him wrong. I, too, am so upset over our current state that I feel myself needing an outlet as well- and what better place than an internet forum? Would you rather Jimbo78 beat his wife?
Jimbos wife probably left years ago.
He might have a dog though.

We have clearly been worse, but this is the most disinterested I have felt for some time. We lack exciting players, and our transfer window was pretty uninspiring. How do none of the new signings improve us? Surely the purpose of a transfer window, especially one where we did not lose any key players, is to improve the team. Whoever is responsible for signing players is doing a down right shit job

Okay, Im sure Jimbo is only trying to piss you guys off, but there's no denying right now we're playing even worse than we did during AVB's last days with us.

Under Sherwood we had lost the order AVB had managed to install in our team during the short time he was with us, but at least we still knew how to play the ball while we had possession. It seems under Poch we have regained some of that order and solidity, but have lost our good touch with the ball as a team.

So it seems its just going to take longer than we hoped for Pochetino to have us playing some proper football, and you guys will just have to suck it up. You weren't patient enough with AVB and so we have regressed (as it was to be expected), showing the same behavior towards Pochetino will only ensure for us to regress even more. Please people, don't be stupid and give Pochetine the time and patience you were so unwilling to give AVB.

We thought similar things after young Comolli signed a batch of expensive, anonymous young things and we sold Berbatov, the castellan of our vulnerable young hearts.

It took a while for those firm young things to squirm their ways into our ventricular fortress but when they did they became part of maybe our most beloved team of recent years. Who's to say that young Lamela and young Eriksen and the youngsters Kane, Mason and Bentaleb and the wily young veteran walker, won't form a team we're equally fond of?

We aren't a good side at the moment and the excitement has quite clearly gone.

Feels very stale and the empty crowds and general lack of interest in our club says it all really.

But how far do we have to go back for this type of feeling? Or is this the worst we have ever felt as spurs fans with a complete lack of hope

I reckon we've gone back about 10 years when Hoddle was in charge with the ageing side we had with Sheringham, Ferdinand, and poyet in their zimoframes. That was pretty bad.

What do you guys think?

I think you need to remember the 90s early 00s

How shit we really were, and be bloody grateful of the club today.

Also remember how far the club has come from those days

Off topic from my original post.

But here's a thought for all you Levy/ENIC supporters.

Under their stewardship we have had out most barren period in terms of trophies since the war.

1 league cup in 14 years.

Coincidence?

Are you taking the piss? Football has changed so much over the last decade

We are in a better place financially and with the squad that we have. Players are at a different level from the old times. Clubs have been bought over by billionaires who think nothing of spending millions.

Ffs I can't believe what I am reading, get with the times

Non-stop criticism is love for Tottenham? Do me a favour.

Mark you're obviously quite a tough guy with your shaved head, your huge, muscular back and your sleeveless t-shirt with a commanding, militaristic phrase printed on the back- so I don't want to challenge you (if I did, I'd run the risk of you trying to kick my ass with your boots, something I don't want).

However, I think you are misguided; criticism is the way some people deal with a situation they find untenable. And the situation is that we fucking SUCK these days, and have been going downhill for two years. This will be our worst season yet. If you're ok with that, fine; some aren't. This is an internet forum- a place to air your feelings- not a place to be bullied. Sir.

I get it, you don't agree with me about AVB, that doesn't make any of what I say nonsense. Either be man enough to back any of your one liner attacks on me with some good arguments or please fuck off.

I could have analysed your post line-by-line, but you're clearly deluded, so I won't waste my time :)

I genuinely give up. I don't know where to begin with this post.

If you get tired of those heavy boots may I recomend the comfort of some genuine native American moccasins? I'm sure you can still put moccasins to asses if you use enough force and put that muscular back into it.

http://www.moccasinscanada.com/

Definitely an alternative to consider, I'm currently weighing up numerous different options that could potentially replace the boot.
