Godfrey Kelly and Tosin are all average and not good enough if we are serious about challenging for trophies

Get either Guehi or Btandthwaite ,none of this 'who wants to come and sit on the bench behind Kane' bollocks again

3 good Centerbacks, there are plenty of games to go around if we make Europe +Dorrington and sell Dier/Davies

The Godfrey link is bizarre to say the least. Possibly his agent trying to get him a move from Everton where he hasn’t played.

I don't think it's bizarre. We're looking for cover and he can play right across the back 4. He young, quick and HG. He doesn't suit a Shaun Dyche team but if Ange thinks he can work for us, why not?

Not really a fan of Vlahovic to be honest. I used to be but feel like he's gone backwards since Fiorentina.

Guess we might at least expect him to score more than Richy though.

Can’t judge players at Juve, look at Kulu and Bents.
It needs to be taken into account, yes. With Deki & Rodrigo I could see how they could work though.

With Vlahovic I see a square peg in a round hole.

Surely we’re talking about Richy plus cash rather than a straight swap. Juve surely aren’t that dumb. Vlahovic would give us the option of playing two up top in some games which would be pretty sweet! Something like Johnson, Bissouma, Bentancur, Kulusevski midfield 4 behind Sonny and Vlahovic would be sick. Vlahovic is a huge talent that when he’s fit and on it is the complete package as a 9.

In what way?

He is quick, strong, can score with either foot and his head. He would fit our style brilliantly imo.

I would take Vlahovic in a heart beat. I cant see this swap deal happening though as its horrendously imbalanced in favour of us.
I have watched him since he was at La Viola. Rate him but wouldn’t go anywhere near him. He has major long term injury issues. Would be an extremely risky move imo. Considering how many teams need strikers and Juve being desperate to offload him in the summer nobody was willing to go near him at the price Juve wanted because it was to risky. Even his national team coach has openly talked about his issues. Personally regardless of if I like him or not, I think it be a bad move.

As @Ghost Hardware mentioned, injury issues for one.

IMO, he's a bit of a battering ram forward, not unlike Lukaku, who's at best when counter-attacking with lots of space to run. I think his weaknesses on the ball get highlighted significantly when trying to play a more possession-based game. He's a good finisher overall, but when I've watched him, I feel that he tends to disappear completely too often in games.

At present possibly, however do we know what Ange sees us becoming in the future?

Vlahovic works hard, and is a good finisher. If he was in our starting 11 against Villa the other week we defo score more than 1.

He has form for wanting a big lad (as an option), and if that is Vlahovic then fair game. I just struggle to see it as a good move. For Conte I would have been all for it though, if I'm not taking his injury issues into account.

Also hypothetically if it’s a straight swap we aren’t exactly losing much output with Richy going the other way.
