I still remember when spursking first suggested Arsahin as a potential signing on this forum and how everyone ridiculed him, simply because they'd never heard of the fella.........I guess spursking had the last laugh in this particular case.

Agree, but only because Modric has more years in him. Arshavin is pure class.

Too inconsistent for me.

Seems a bit strange bringing his name up now though. Especially with the emergence of Bale down the left wing. He wouldn't fit in this team atm.

Listen, his agent actually replied to someone on here regarding the situation at the time. His words were that a deal with Spurs was never on the table and he was very rude about the way he said it. Something tells me it has all to do with his wage demands...
