He'd be far more of a "ledge" if instead of playing up to the crowd he actually concentrated on just making routine saves, catching the ball occasionally, coming for a cross and commanding his area.

Absolute garbage. The bloke WAS out of form - pure and simple, nothing to do with extra curricular match day activities. In todays transient football world, he has a genuine connection with the fans and hence the club.

I for one would be absolutely delighted if he showed his true ability and was are number 1 for the next decade!!!!

When I first started watching spurs we had a keeper called Pat Jennings. he never danced around for the crowd or bigged himself up or conducted the crowd in a round of "aren't I I fucking top bloke".

I for one would be delighted if instead of a performing seal we got ourselves a keeper who isn't deficient in every area.

According to the Guardian ,Robbo's a cert for the final .

Yes , he's always been good at shotstopping and yes he was good at it last night .

But theres no sign that his inability to dominate his area due to problems judging the flight of crosses , has changed .

Against a more robust attack (Chelsea) this is going to throw our defence into panic .

I think Cerny would be a better option .

And crowdpleasing antics don't add up to 'lege' status .
